Արցախի նախագահի թեկնածու, Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ Վիտալի Բալասանյանի եւ «Արդարություն» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների նախընտրական հանդիպումները երկրի գյուղերում եւ քաղաքներում շարունակվում են։

 

 

 

Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 29-ին, նրա կանգառի վայրերն էին Քարվաճառն ու Նոր Գետաշեն, Նոր Բրաջուր, Նոր Վերինշեն, Զուար, Հավսաթաղ համայնքները։ Վ. Բալասանյանի հանդիպուներն անցնում են ջերմ եւ անմիջական մթնոլորտում՝ հնարավորություն տալով մարդկանց բաց եւ անկեղծ զրուցելու իրենց հուզող խնդիրների մասին։ Խնդիրներ, որոնց Վ. Բալասանյանը քաջատեղյակ է եւ որոնց լուծումներին անդրադառնում է իր նախընտրական ծրագրում։ Այսօրվանից մաս-մաս կներկայացնենք ծրագրում ներկայացված հիմնական դրույթների համառոտ նկարագիը ՝

 

• Արցախի Հանրապետության ներկայիս փաստացի սահմաններում անվտանգության ապահովում ՝ ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահելով Արցախի բաղկացուցիչ մաս կազմող և ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի տակ գտնվող Շահումյանի շրջանը, Գետաշենի ենթաշրջանը, Մարտունու և Մարտակերտի որոշ հատվածները:

 

• Արցախի Հանրապետության լիարժեք ճանաչում ՀՀ և միջազգային հանրության կողմից՝ որպես հայկական երկրորդ պետականության սուբյեկտ:

 

• Արցախյան հասարակության հոգևոր և բարոյական արժեքների ամրապնդում:

 

• Ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության զարգացում՝ երաշխավորելով անկախ ԶԼՄ-ների ինստիտուտի կայացումը և պետական մարմինների գործունեության թափանցիկությունը:

 

• Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Սփյուռքի հետ համակարգված կապերի զարգացում և ամրապնդում: Վիտալի Բալասանյանը իր հանդիպումների ընթացքում խոսում է այս և մյուս արցախցու համար կենսական նշանակության ունեցող թեմաների շուրջ: Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության անդամները լուսաբանում են իրենց կուսակցության մոտեցումները ամենախոցելի հարցերի վերաբերյալ
