Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 29-ին, նրա կանգառի վայրերն էին Քարվաճառն ու Նոր Գետաշեն, Նոր Բրաջուր, Նոր Վերինշեն, Զուար, Հավսաթաղ համայնքները։ Վ. • Արցախյան հասարակության հոգևոր և բարոյական արժեքների ամրապնդում:
• Ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության զարգացում՝ երաշխավորելով անկախ ԶԼՄ-ների ինստիտուտի կայացումը և պետական մարմինների գործունեության թափանցիկությունը:
