Նոր իշխանությունն ի՞նչ կոնկրետ քայլեր է արել, որ աղքատությունը նվազեր. «Շիրակ կենտրոն» հ/կ նախագահ
POLITICS«Ես, անկեղծ ասած, նայում եմ Շիրակի մարզի, Գյումրիի աչքերով և ասում եմ՝ կրճատումներ կարող ենք նշել, լուծարված ձեռնարկությունների ցանկ կարող ենք թվարկել՝ սկսած «Շիրակ» հեռուստատեսությունից և այլ և այլն, այդ տենդենցը նաև հիվանդանոցների վրա է տարածվում, բայց նոր աշխատատեղեր չեմ կարող նշել»։ Այս մասին Aravot.am-ին ասել է սոցիալական խնդիրներով զբաղվող «Շիրակ կենտրոն» հ/կ նախագահ Վահան Թումասյանը:
Կայքը հարցրել էր նրա կարծիքը ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրապարակած Հպարտ անձնագրի «սահմանային հատումներ»-ի էջերում տեղ գտած մի քանի կետերի մասին, մասնավորապես 87 հազար նոր աշխատատեղ ստեղծելու, 88,6 տոկոսով արտագաղթի նվազման, աղքատության նվազման՝ պատմական ամենացածր մակարդակի հասցնելու, եւ աղետի գոտու վերականգմանը 3 միլիարդ դրամ ուղղելու մասին։
«Ի՞նչ ձեռնարկություն է բացվել, ասենք մաքսատունն է բացվել, որտեղ 20 աշխատող կա, թե չգիտեմ քանի։ Շիրակի մարզում ճիշտ հակառակ միտումն է եղել, կրճատումներ են եղել, չգիտեմ որտեղ՝ ի՞նչ է բացվել, որ մարդիկ պիտի մտնեին, աշխատեին։ Գուցե Փաշինյանի երազանքն է կամ նպատակը, բայց չեմ հասկանում թվերը որտեղի՞ց։ Ես իրական կյանքն եմ պատկերացնում, մարդկանց հետ ամեն օր շփվում եմ և հասկանում եմ, առավել ևս շուկայի համար մրցակցային ձեռք էլ չունենք։ Եթե աշխատատեղեր բացվեն, աշխատողները մրցակցային պետք է լինեն։ Նախորդ տարիներին այնքան պրոբլեմներ են եղել, մարդիկ կորցրել են իրենց մասնագիտական կարողությունները, պահանջարկ չի եղել շուկայում, քաղաքում արհեստավոր չի մնացել, եթե նույնիսկ աշխատատեղեր բացվեն, մենք աշխատողների խնդիր էլ կունենանք։ Մնացել են աղքատ, ճակատագրական հարվածներ ստացած, մասնագիտական կարողություններով աշխատաշուկայում մրցակցություն չունեցող մարդիկ։ Թող մի հատ թվարկեն, ասենք ասեն, որ Գյումրիում կամ Շիրակի մարզում երեք տեղանոց ձեռնարկություն է ստեղծվել, բացի Հյուսիսային ավտոմաքսատնից, թող այլ որևէ ձեռնարկություն ցույց տան, հակառակը, կան կրճատումներ, լուծարված հիմնարկներ», ասել է Թումասյանը։
Հպարտ անձնագրի «Աղքատության նվազում պատմական ամենացածր մակարդակի» կետի հետ կապված էլ Վահան Թումասյանը հետաքրքրվել է, թե նոր իշխանությունն այս երկու տարվա կառավարման ընթացքում ի՞նչ կոնկրետ քայլեր է արել, որ աղքատությունը նվազեր։ Ըստ մեր զրուցակցի, աղքատությունը շատ ավելի խորացել է։ «Ես, ճիշտն ասած, նախորդ տարիներին ավելի քիչ ձմռան փայտ եմ բաժանել, քան այս տարի, որովհետև այս տարի պահանջարկը սարսափելի շատ է եղել։ Սա նշանակում է, որ աղքատ խավը, եթե նույնիսկ չի կարողանում ջեռուցում ապահովել, ուրեմն բան չի փոխվել։ Ի՞նչ գործողություն է արել պետությունը, որ փոխվեր»,- ասել է Վահան Թումասյանը։
