Այնպես չէ, որ մենք միայն սևն ենք տեսնում, մենք ուզում ենք սպիտակն էլ տեսնել։ Բացի այն, որ բնակչության թվաքանակը նվազել է, այն մարզերում, որտեղ աղքատության տեսակետից բացասական ցուցանիշ կա, նկատելի է նաև արտահոսք՝ մի մասը Երևան, իսկ մյուս մասն արտագաղթում է։ Այս մասին այսօր «2019թ․ տնտեսական արդյունքը և 2020թ․ տնտեսական մարտահրավերները» թեմայով քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց տնտեսագետ Արծվիկ Մինասյանը։
«Արտագաղթը շարունակվում է, սա լավ բան չէ, սա բոլորիս խնդիրն է՝ անկախ կուսակցական պատկանելության, անկախ քաղաքական հայացքներից։ Մյուս կողմից՝ չես կարող անդրադառնալ այս ոլորտում իշխանության վարած քաղաքականությանը։ Ցավոք, դեռ չի ձևավորվել այն անհրաժեշտ ամբողջական համակարգը, որն այս խնդիրներին լուծում կտա»,- նկատեց նա։
Տնտեսագետի խոսքով՝ ներկայիս իշխանությունը պոպուլիզմն է ավելի կարևորում, որը տնտեսության համար բացասական երևույթ է․ «Անընդհատ չի կարելի խոսել այնպիսի բաների մասին, ինչը դու չես արել»,-ասաց Մինասյանը և ներկայացրեց, որ տնտեսության մեջ շատ այլ ճյուղերում ևս բացթողումներ կան։
«Անհրաժեշտ է, որ մենք զարգացման ճիշտ ուղղությունները դնենք, որտեղ զարգացման պոտենցիալ կա, պետք է այն իրագործել»,- ամփոփեց նա։
