Մարդու վարքն ուղղորդում են ոչ թե վիճակագրական թվերն, այլ ազգային արժեքները

Աստված ունեցողին հետաքրքիր չի, թե ինչ հրաշք է գործում կամ դրախտ խոստանում մեկ այլ մարգարե։ Նույնպես ազատ անհատին հետաքրքիր չի, թե ԵՏՄ անդամ Հայաստանը վիճակագրական ինչ ցուցանիշով է առաջ անցել հակաքաղաքրթական ուղին բռնած ԵՏՄ երկրներից։ Ինչպես նաև՝ արտագաղթել ցանկացողի համար նշանակություն չունի աշխատավարձի կամ թոշակի 10-20 տոկոս բարձրացումը, որովհետև նա ուզում է լավ ապրել այլ երկրում։
Հասարակության վարքն ուղղորդում են ոչ թե թվերն, այլ ազգային իդեալն ու արժեքները։ Թավշյա, ոչ բռնի, ժողովրդական հեղափոխությամբ իշխանության եկած թիմից հասարակությունն ակնկալում է համակարգային փոփոխություններ, որոնք հասունանում են ոչ թե վիճակագրական առաջընթացի, այլ արժեբանական հաստատումների շնորհիվ։ Մարդուն, հասարակությանը ապրեցնում է ոչ միայն հացն, այլև վաղվա օրվա լավատեսությունը, երազանքը, ազգային իդեալը, և դրանք իրականացնելու պայքարը։ Առանց դրանց՝ տնտեսության 7,6 տոկոս աճը, կամ աշխատավարձ-թոշակի մի քանի տոկոս բարձրացումը չեն փոխում մարդու մտածողությունը, մանավանդ որ՝ վիճակագրական թվերը համառորեն չեն անդրադառնում սառնարանի պարունակության վրա։
Այսպիսով՝ կարելի է փաստել, որ չնայած վիճակագրական տպավորիչ թվերի, կառավարության ամենամեծ ձախողումն այն է, որ հեղափոխական ալիքի վրա բարձրացած հասարակության լավատեսության չափաբաժինը չի բարձրացել, այլ անկման նշաններ է ցույց տալիս։ Ինչպես երեկ, այնպես՝ այսօր մարդը Հայաստանում անելիք չի տեսնում, ապագա չի տեսնում, և մոմ վառող էլ՝ չկա։
Լավատեսության անկման առաջին պատճառը ինքնաճանաչման պակասն է։ Չնայած Հայաստանն անկախ է 29 տարի, բայց քաղաքացին դեռ սովետահպատակի աշխարհայացքային կաղապարներում է, պետությունը դեռ իդեալ չունի, հասարակական արժեքները դեռ արմատացած չեն, դրանցից ածանցվող քաղաքական նպատակները շրջապտույտի մեջ են։ Եվ դա է պատճառը, որ ներկաները չեն կարողանում քաղաքական բովանդակային առումով տարանջատվել նախկիններից, վարում են նույն անհեռանկար-ձախողված քաղաքականությունն ու հպարտանում վիճակագրական թվերով, որոնք նույն մաթեմատիկական բանաձևերով ու մեթոդաբանությամբ ներկայացնում են նրանք, որոնք տասնյակ տարիներ նկարել են նախկինների վիճակագրական ցնցող հաջողությունների պատկերները։
Կարճ ասած՝ իշխանությունը վիճակագրությամբ պարծենալու փոխարեն, պետք է քաղաքակարթական փոփոխություններ ենթադրող հեղափոխական քայլեր կատարի, որոնց ազդեցությամբ մարդիկ, անկախ տնտեսական ցուցանիշից, իրենց կզգան երջանիկ, կապրեն-կաշխատեն ու բարիք կստեղծեն Հայաստանում և չեն մեղադրի իշխանություններին թվային մանիպուլյացիաներ անելու մեջ։
