«Որոշակի նոր հանգամանքներ են պարզվում». Գաբրիել Բալայանը՝ բանակում միջադեպերի մասին
SOCIETYՈրեւէ նոր բան, քան տարբեր մակարդակներով հայտարարվել է տարբեր պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից, այդ թվում վարչապետի, եւ եղել են համապատասխան կադրային փոփոխություններ, առայժմ դրանից ավել որեւէ բան հայտարարելու ես իրավասություն չունեմ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 28-ին, Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Գաբրիել Բալայանը՝ անդրադառնալով բանակում վերջին շաբաթներին մահվան ելքով միջադեպերին:
«Աշխատանքները տարվում են, քրեական գործերը քննվում են, հանգամանքները պարզվում են, այդ թվում նաեւ որոշակի նոր հանգամանքներ: Ճիշտ կլինի այդ հարցերն ուղղել նախաքննություն իրականացնող մարմիններին»,-ընդգծեց փոխնախարարը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում բանակում ոչ մարտական պայմաններում տարբեր միջադեպերի հետեւանքով 14 զոհ էր գրանցվել: Դրանից հետո պաշտոնանկ արվեցին ՊՆ Ռազմական ոստիկանության պետ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը, Զինված ուժերի բարոյահոգեբանական ապահովման վարչության պետ Ալեքսան Ալեքսանյանը: Դրանից օրեր անց աշխատանքից ազտվեց նաեւ Արցախի ՊԲ հրամանատար Կարեն Աբրահամյանը:
