158 հազար դոլարի պարգևավճարներ՝ Միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման կոմիտեում
POLITICSYerkir.am-ը գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել ՀՀ կառավարությանը ենթակա Միջուկային անվտանգության կոմիտեի նախագահ Աշոտ Մարտիրոսյանի անունով՝ խնդրելով տեղեկություններ այն մասին, թե որքա՞ն է կազմել իր ղեկավարած հիմնարկի աշխատակիցներին վճարված պարգևավճարների չափը՝ 09.05.2018 թվականից մինչև 31.12.2019 թվականը, այն է՝ Փաշինյանի իշխանության օրոք:
Ստացված գրավոր պատասխանից (կցվում է) տեղեկանում ենք, որ նշյալ հատվածում Միջուկային անվտանգության կոմիտեի աշխատակիցներին վճարված պարգևատրումների ընդհանուր չափը կազմել է 75555.077 հազար ՀՀ դրամ (շուրջ 158 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար):
Հայտնենք, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի 2018 թ. հունիսի 11-ի որոշմամբ ՀՀ Միջուկային անվտանգության կոմիտեի աշխատակիցների առավելագույն թիվը սահմանված է 43-ը: Եթե համարենք, որ հիմնարկն ունի հենց սահմանված առավելագույն թվով, այն է՝ 43 աշխատակից, ապա ստացվում է, որ կոմիտեի յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակից նշված շրջանում միջինացված թվով ստացել է մոտ 3700 դոլար պարգևավճար:
Yerkir.am-ը տեղեկացրել էր, որ նշյալ հատվածում ՀՀ կառավարությանը ենթակա մեկ այլ հիմնարկի՝ Շուկայի վերահսկողության տեսչական մարմնի, գրեթե նույնքան թվով (45) աշխատակիցներին վճարված պարգևատրումների ընդհանուր չափը կազմել է 41.516.581 ՀՀ դրամ (շուրջ 87 հազար դոլար): Այս դեպքում՝ յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակից միջինացված թվով ստացել է մոտ 2.000 դոլար պարգևավճար:
Հետաքրքիր է՝ ինչպե՞ս է ստացվել, որ միևնույն կառավարությանը ենթակա և աշխատակիցների միևնույն թիվն ունեցող երկու հիմնարկներից մեկի պարգևավճարները գրեթե կրկնակի անգամ ավելի են մյուսի՝ առանց այն էլ անբացատրելի շռայլ պարգևավճարների համեմատ:
Նշյալ հիմնարկների ղեկավարները, կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը կամ վարչապետ Փաշինյանն ունե՞ն որևէ հիմնավորում կամ տրամաբանական պատասխան այս առիթով:
