Երևանում 27-ամյա երիտասարդը Hyundai-ով ոստիկանական ավտոմեքենաների ջարդ կատարելուց հետո դիմել է փախուստի

ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները, ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելով, ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում Շինարարների փողոցի թիվ 15 շենքի մոտ փորձել են վնասազերծել Երևանի բնակիչ, 27-ամյա Նարեկ Պետրոսյանին:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Ն. Պետրոսյանը, ով 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 11-ից ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի կողմից հետախուզվում է ՀՀ քր օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (սպանության փորձ) և ՀՀ քր օր-ի 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք կրելը, պահելը, օգտագործելը) հատկանիշներով, իր վարած Hyundai մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով դիմել է փախուստի, հարվածելով ու վնասելով կայանված վիճակում գտնվող ոստիկանական համարանիշներով Nissan մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, այնուհետև Mercedes, Opel և Mitsubishi մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները:
Ն. Պետրոսյանը ավտոմեքենաների ջարդ կատարելուց հետո դիմել է փախուստի:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ նա հետախուզման մեջ է 2019 թ.-ի հոկտեմբերից իր ազգականի նկատմամբ հրազենի գործադրմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու համար:
Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ Ն. Պետրոսյանին և նրա վարած Hyundai մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ 2019 թ.-ի հոկտեմբերի 2-ին՝ գիշերը ժամը 03:00-ից մինչև առավոտյան ժամը 06:30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ն. Պետրոսյանը չնչին առիթով իրեն դիտողություն անելու կապակցությամբ, սեփական անձի առավելությունն ընդգծելու մոլուցքով մղված, մի քանի անգամ եկել է Մալաթիա փողոցի 84/3 հասցե և Հովսեփ Պետրոսյանին պատկանող տան բակում իր մոտ եղած ավտոմատով բազմաթիվ անգամ կրակոցներ է արձակել Հ. Պետրոսյանի և վերջինիս տան ուղղությամբ, այդ կերպ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, իսկ արդեն հոկտեմբերի 5-ին՝ ժամը 00:15-ի սահմաններում Ն. Պետրոսյանը զանգահարել է Հ. Պետրոսյանին հեռախոսահամարին և վերջինիս հասցեին տվել սպանության սպառնալիք:
Արդեն հոկտեմբերի 5-ին ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 137 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 258 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և այն ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնից փոխանցվել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա–Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին:
