Տվյալներ են ստացվել կեղծ օգտատերերի միջոցով ահաբեկչության կոչերի տարածման վերաբերյալ
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, հավատարիմ մնալով քաղաքացիների հիմնարար սահմանադրական իրավունքները ներքին և արտաքին սպառնալիքներից պաշտպանելու գործառութային սկզբունքին, ազգի ու դրա առանձին խմբերի ներկայացուցիչների հանդեպ դրսևորված ծայրահեղական՝ անհանդուրժողականություն և ատելություն սերմանող, վստահությունն ու հարգանքը խարխլող գործողությունները դիտարկելով որպես ազգային անվտանգությանը սպառնացող բացառիկ վտանգ և այդ առումով մշտադիտարկման ներքո պահելով տեղեկատվական տիրույթը և մամուլում հրապարակումները, անկախ դրանց հեղինակների քաղաքական ընդդիմադիր կամ իշխանամետ կողմնորոշման, օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ստացել է փաստական տվյալներ, որ «www.facebook.com» սոցիալական ցանցում մտացածին կամ իրական անուններով բացված մի շարք անհատական էջերի 3 օգտատերեր 2019 թ. նոյեմբերից մինչև 2020 թ. փետրվարն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում բաց հարթակում հրապարակայնորեն կատարել են ազգային արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնելուն ուղղված գործողություններ, ինչպես նաև ահաբեկչության հրապարակային կոչեր՝ օգտատերերի լայն լսարանի առջև քարոզելով նախկին և ներկայիս քաղաքական և հասարակական գործիչների, սոցիալական խմբերի հանդեպ բռնությամբ զուգորդված գործողությունների կատարում, որն առաջացրել է դրանց կատարման իրական վտանգ: Հիշյալ արարքներ կատարելիս ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք թույլ են տվել վիրավորական և նշավակող արտահայտություններ հայ ժողովրդի բացարձակ արժեքների՝ Հայոց լեզվի և բանակի վերաբերյալ, բռնության կոչերով հանդերձ հրապարակել են ինչպես ՀՀ իշխանության, Արցախի Հանրապետության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 1-ին և 2-րդ Նախագահների պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող ծաղրանկարներ։
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով։
Նախաքննական մարմինը ձեռնարկում է համապատասխան միջոցառումներ հիշյալ օգտատերերի կապերի շրջանակը պարզելու, այլ հանցադեպերը բացահայտելու և հնարավոր վտանգները չեզոքացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի համար կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
