Փարիզում ՄԱԿ-ի խորհրդաժողովը մեկնարկեց լռության րոպեով ի հիշատակ ահաբեկչության զոհերի

Փարիզի Լե Բուրժե արավարձանում ՄԱԿ-ի՝ կլիմայի փոփոխման հարցերին նվիրված համաշխարհային  խորհրդաժողովը բացվել Է լռության րոպեով ի հիշատակ ահաբեկչության զոհերի: Բացման արարողությունը գլխավորել Է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը: Խորհրդաժողովի մասնակիցների թվում են աշխարհի պետությունների ու կառավարությունների 150-ի ց ավելի ղեկավարներ:

Նկատի առնելով զեկուցողների աննախադեպ թիվը՝ որոշվել է ելույթները միաժամանակ անցկացնել համալիրի միանգամից երկու սրահներում, որոնք ստացել են «Սենա» եւ «Լուար» անվանումները՝ ի պատիվ Ֆրանսիայի երկու գլխավոր գետերի:

Գլոբալ համաժողովն աշխատելու է նոյեմբերի 30-ից մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 11-ը: Սպասվում է, որ դրա արդյունքում կստորագրվի նոր միջազգային համաձայնագիր, որը կապահովի կլիմայական համակարգի բեռնվածության նվազեցմանն ուղղված միջազգային ջանքերի համախմբումը եւ 2020 թվականից հետո կփոխարինի Կիոտոյի արձանագրությանը: Փարիզի համաժողովի գլխավոր նպատակն է՝ պայմանավորվել այն միջոցառումների շուրջ, որոնք թույլ կտան մոլորակի ջերմաստիճանի աճը պահել ըստ Ցելսիուսի 2 աստիճանի սահմաններում:

Սպասվում է, որ Փարիզի համաժողովին կմասնակցեն քաղաքացիական հասարակության 14 հազար ներկայացուցիչներ: Այն լուսաբանելու հայտեր էին ներկայացրել շուրջ 6 հազար լրագրողներ, սակայն հավատարմագրվել է միայն 3 հազար մարդ, ինչը կազմակերպիչները բացատրում են տեխնիկական տեսանկյունից բոլոր ցանկացողներին ընդունելու անհնարինությամբ:

Խորհրդաժողովի շրջանակներում կքննարկվեն մշակույթի բնագավառի 65 նախագծեր, կանցկացվեն 227 այլ միջոցառումներ, 184 քննարկումներ ու կլոր սեղաններ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ խորհրդաժողովի ընթացքում նախատեսված է շուրջ 6 հազար իրադարձություն, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
