«Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ում փրկվել է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում գտնվող նորածնի կյանքը (ֆոտո)
SOCIETY«Էրեբունի» ԲԿ ծննդատուն այլ բուժհաստատությունից ուղեգրվեց 37 շաբաթական հղի՝ արգանդի կրկնակի սպիով, արյունը՝ ռեզուս բացասական:
Հղիին ընդունեց և առաջնային բուժզննումը կատարեց «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ ծննդատան բարձր ռիսկի հղիների բաժանմունքի ղեկավար Էդիտա Ղարիբյանը: Կատարված անհրաժեշտ հետազոտությունները ցույց տվեցին հղիի արյան մեջ հակամարմինների բարձր տիտր, իսկ պտուղը գտնվում էր դիսթրես վիճակում, ամեն րոպեն երեխայի համար կարող էր ճակատագրական լինել: Ծննդատան տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Պողոսյանի հետ խորհրդակցելուց հետո որոշվեց անհետաձգելի կարգով կատարել կեսարյան հատում: Այն իրականացրեց Էդիտա Ղարիբյանը։
Ծնվեց 2950 գրամ քաշով տղա երեխա: Երեխայի վիճակը ծնվելիս գնահատվեց ծայրահեղ ծանր եւ նա տեղափոխվեց նորածնային ինտենսիվ թերապիայի բաժանմունք: Բաժանմունքի ղեկավար, պրոֆեսոր Պավել Մազմանյանի գլխավորությամբ կատարվեցին մի շարք հետազոտություններ եւ ախտորոշվեց նորածնի հեմոլիտիկ հիվանդության ամենածանր այտուցային ձևը, որի ժամանակ տարբեր օրգաններում հավելյալ հեղուկի կուտակում է լինում: Այս դեպքում հեղուկը կուտակված էր թոքերում, որովայնի խոռոչում, ինչպես նաև ամբողջ մարմնի վրա կային տարածուն այտուցներ, երեխան ուներ խիստ արտահայտված սակավարյունություն:
Ծանր շնչառական անբավարարության պատճառով նորածնին միացվեց թոքերի արհեստական շնչառության սարք: Կյանքի 3-րդ ժամում կատարվեց արյան փոխներարկում՝ 5 ժամ տեւողությամբ: Փոխվեց երեխայի արյան երկու ծավալ:
Հիվանդության ծանրագույն ընթացքը պահանջում էր այս միջամտույթյունը կատարել ևս երեք անգամ, ինչն էլ իրականացվեց:
Հեմոլիտիկ հիվանդության այս ձեւի ախտորոշման դեպքում դրական ելքերի հավանականությունը խիստ ցածր է. աշխարհում գրանցվում է 90 տոկոս մահացություն: Սակայն «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ ծննդատան թիմային աշխատանքի շնորհիվ հնարավոր եղավ ինչպես արագ կողմնորոշվել եւ կատարել կեսարյան հատումը, այնպես էլ լուրջ աշխատանք կատարել երեխայի կյանքը փրկելու ուղղությամբ: Այժմ փոքրիկը ապաքինմամբ դուրս է գրվել, առողջական խնդիրներ չունի:
