Էլեկտրաշոկեր. անասուններին զսպելու գործիքից՝ անհատական պաշտպանության միջոց
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ20-րդ դարի սկզբին ամերիկացի Հենրի Դիքսոնը ստեղծել է առաջին էլեկտրաշոկերը: Այդ սարքը ստացել է «էլեկտրական մտրակ» անվանումը, որով էլ Դիքսոնը արտոնագրել է իր հայտնագործությունը: «Էլեկտրական մտրակը» երկու էլեկտրոդով փայտ էր և նպատակ ուներ զսպել խոշոր և մանր եղջերավոր անասուններին: Անհնազանդության դեպքում կենդանին թեթև հոսանքահարվում էր:
Հետագայում բազմաթիվ գյուտարարներ փորձարկումներ են անցկացրել Դիքսոնի սարքի հետ՝ փորձելով այն բարելավել: Էլեկտրաշոկերին ներկայիս ժամանակակից տեսքը տվել է Ջոն Հովերը: Նա իր գյուտը անվանել է «Զենք անշարժացման և կալանավորման համար» և արտոնագրել է այն 1974 թվականին:
Այս դեպքում արդեն Հովերի սարքը նախատեսված էր ոչ թե կենդանիների, այլ մարդկանց համար: Այդ իսկ պատճառով Հովերը ուշադրություն է դարձրել մարդու վրա իր սարքի ազդեցության խնդրին: Հիմնական չափանիշը եղել է անվտանգությունը:
Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ էլեկտրաշոկերը չի կարող հանգեցնել անդառնալի վնասվածքների և սրտի կաթվածի: Հովերի սարքը ենթադրում է բարձր լարման փոփոխական հոսանքի ազդեցություն մարդու վրա:
Նախ և առաջ, էլեկտրաշոկերը նախատեսված է եղել ոստիկանության կողմից օգտագործելու համար: Այն դարձել է հիանալի այլընտրանք մարտական զենքին, քանի որ վերջինիս օգտագործումը միշտ չէ, որ արդարացված է լինում:
Պետք է հաշվի առնել նաև այն փաստը, որ հրազենի կրակոցից կարող են տուժել կողմնակի մարդիկ, իսկ էլեկտրաշոկերը ունի նպատակային ազդեցություն, ինչը բացառում է անմեղ մարդկանց վնաս պատճառելը:
Հաշվի առնելով այդ ամենը՝ էլեկտրաշոկերն սկսել են արտադրել զանգվածային, և այն նույնպես ընդգրկվել է ոստիկանության հատուկ միջոցների ցանկում: Ժամանակակից էլեկտրաշոկերը մոտ 200 գրամանոց գլանաձև կամ ուղղանկյուն սարք է: Այն պատրաստվում է պոլիմերային նյութերից և հեշտությամբ տեղավորվում ձեռքում: Որպես կանոն, ցուցամատի կամ բութ մատի տակ գտնվում է լիցքաթափման կոճակը:
Բացի այդ կոճակը, գրեթե բոլոր ժամանակակից էլեկտրաշոկերները ունենում են լրացուցիչ անվտանգության անջատիչ, ինչը բացառում է լիցքաթափման կոճակի պատահական սեղմումը:
Ոստիկանների առաջին արձագանքը էլեկտրաշոկերի նկատմամբ տարբեր է եղել, շատերը անվստահությամբ են վերաբերվել դրան:
Այնուամենայնիվ, ժամանակի ընթացքում այս սարքը սկսել են օգտագործել ամբողջ աշխարհում, ավելին, սկսել են օգտագործել ոչ միայն ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները, այլ նաև հասարակ քաղաքացիները՝ որպես անհատական պաշտպանության միջոց:
