Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում այսօր՝ փետրվարի 20-ին, ընթանում է ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբորորդու՝ Հայկ Սարգսյանի գործով դատական նիստը։

 

Այս դատական նիստին հետազոտվելու են գործով առկա ապացույցները, այնուհետեւ՝ վկաների հարցաքննությունը։

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ դատական նիստին հետազոտվեց որպես իրեղեն ապացույց՝ ատրճանակը։

 

Նշենք, որ Հայկ Սարգսյանը մեղադրվում է 11 տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած հանցագործության՝ սպանության փորձի եւ ապօրինի կերպով զենք-զինամթերք պահելու համար:

 

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին (սպանության փորձ) մասի եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (զենք–զինամթերք ձեռք բերելու եւ պահելը) հատկանիշներով։

 

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Հայկ Սարգսյանը 2007թ. ապրիլի 1-ին ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում իր բնակության վայրի` Երեւան քաղաքի Թումանյան փողոցի 11 շենքի 14 բնակարանի նկուղային հարկում գտնվող սենյակում քննությամբ չպարզված հանգամանքներում ապօրինի ձեռք բերած եւ պահվող, հրազեն հանդիսացող «SIGSAUER» տեսակի ատրճանակով Դավիթ Սիմոնյանին ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ կրակել է վերջինիս որովայնին, սակայն հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 10-ին բավարարել էր Հայկ Սարգսյանի պաշտպանի միջնորդությունն ու որոշում կայացրել Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ գրավը ճանաչել թույլատրելի։ 50 մլն դրամ գրավը վճարելուց հետո Սարգսյանն ազատ էր արձակվել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ–ից։
