ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է կաշառքի դիմաց զինծառայությունից տարկետում տալու հերթական հանցադեպը

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, հավատարիմ լինելով կոռուպցիայի տարաբնույթ դրսեւորումներն արմատախիլ անելու որդեգրած քաղաքականությանը, պետության հիմքերը քայքայող այդ արատավոր երեւույթի հակազդմանն օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների եւ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել է 2019 թ. ձմեռային զորակոչի ընթացքում կաշառքի դիմաց ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետում տալու հերթական առերեւույթ հանցադեպը։
Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ «Վնասվածքաբանության եւ օրթոպեդիայի գիտական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերության վիրաբույժը 2019 թ. դեկտեմբերին պարտավորվել է ծանոթ պաշտոնատար անձանց միջոցով կազմակերպել զորակոչային տարիքի հասած երիտասարդի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից 3 տարով տարկետում ստանալու գործընթացը, որի համար վերջինիս մորից միջնորդավորված պահանջել եւ ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառքի գումարը՝ 10.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը, այն փոխանցել է իրավասու պաշտոնատար անձին, որն էլ կարգավորել է զորակոչիկի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից 3 տարով տարկետում ստանալու հարցը։
Բավարար փաստական տվյալների ձեռք բերման արդյունքում կաշառք ստանալուն օժանդակող վիրաբույժը բերման է ենթարկվել, կաշառք տվող անձը եւ միջնորդն անհերքելի ապացույցների առկայության պարագայում խոստովանել են կաշառք տալու հանգամանքը։
Առերեւույթ հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով, կաշառք ստանալուն օժանդակողը ձերբակալվել է։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են համապատասխան միջոցառումներ կաշառք ստանալու հնարավոր այլ հանցադեպերը, կոռուպցիոն շղթայի մեջ ներգրավված անձանց շրջանակը բացահայտելու եւ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ։
