2019 թվականին մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների ներհոսքի զգալի աճ ունեցանք, մոտ 10 տոկոսով, սակայն արտահոսքն ավելի մեծ է եղել: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ փետրվարի 19-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ԿԲ նախկին նախագահ, տնտեսագետ Բագրատ Ասատրյանը՝ հավելելով, որ 2019-ին մեծ թվով ավտոմեքենաների ներմուծման ֆինանսավորման կարեւոր աղբյուրներից մեկը եղել է հենց այդ հոսքը:
«Այսինքն բնակչությունն այստեղ ավելի շատ է միջոցներ ներդրել, քան բանկերից ներգրավված միջոցները: Սա հայկական երեւույթ է, որ եթե մեկը դեղատուն է բացում, մեկ էլ տեսար՝ ամբողջ փողոցը դեղատուն է: Այս դեպքում էլ հայերս ոգեւորված որոշել էինք, որ հունվարի 1-ից ավտոմեքենաների գինը բարձրանալու է ոչ պակաս, որքան հարկերն են ավելանալու՝ մոռանալով, որ պահանջարկ-առաջարկի օրենքը ոչ ոք չի վերացրել: Այստեղ կա խնդիր, բայց դա մեծ չի եւ իշխանություններն այստեղ որեւէ բան չունեն անելու»,-ասաց տնտեսագետը՝ հավելելով, որ ճիշտ կլինի, եթե վարկով ավտոմեքենա ձեռք բերած մարդիկ արագ իրացնեն դրանք, ավելի մեծ պարտքերի տակ չընկնելու համար:
«Սա իրական կյանք է, մենք ապրում ենք շուկայական տնտեսության պայմաններում: Դա ռիսկեր է առաջացնում, իսկ ռիսկը հավելյալ միջոցներ ստանալու կամ չստանալու հնարավորություն է: Պետք է դաստիարակենք հասարակությանն այս առումով: Իսկ պրոբլեմի ծավալներն այդքան մեծ չեն: Ակնհայտ է, որ այս տարի ներմուծվող ավտոմեքենաների ծավալները կտրուկ անկում են գրանցելու: 1-2 տարվա ընթացքում դա մաշվելու է, գնալու է»:
