BLOGԴեռևս 2018 թվականի մայիսի 24-ին, երբ ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրով Արտակ Դավթյանը նշանակվեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին փոխվարչապետ, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի նախկին տեղակալ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնել Զինված ուժերի Գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոնում գեներալ-մայոր Արտակ Դավթյանի նշանակմամբ։
«Արդեն 10 տարուց ավելի է ինչ թողել եմ Զինված ուժերը, բայց, ի տարբերություն, բանակը թողած շատ գեներալների, երբեք անտարբեր չեմ եղել Զինված ուժերում իրականացվող թե բարեփոխումների և թե կադրային քաղաքականության նկատմամբ, միշտ ունեցել եմ հստակ կարծիք, որի հետ հաշվի են նստել բոլոր ժամանակների նախարարները և մեծ ու փոքր պետերը։
Պարտավոր եմ հրապարակային բարձրաձայնել իմ կարծիքը Գլխավոր շտաբի նորանշանակ պետի նշանակման վերաբերյալ։ Արտակին ճանաչում եմ 1994 թվականից, երբ դեռ Մեղրիի գնդի շտաբի պետն էր՝ խիզախ կապիտան։ Իր հետագա կարիերիայում մեծ դեր եմ ունեցել։
