Արարատ Միրզոյանը Դանիայում անդրադարձել է ԼՂ խնդրին (ֆոտո)
POLITICSՊաշտոնական այցով Դանիայի Թագավորության մայրաքաղաք Կոպենհագենում գտնվող Ազգային Ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյան այսօր՝ փետրվարի 18–ին, հանդիպել է Դանիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակ Հենրիկ Դամ Քրիստենսենի (Սոցիալ-դեմկրատական կուսակցություն) հետ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ԱԺ լրատվական ծառայությունից։
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաեւ խորհրդարանի առաջին փոխխոսնակ Կարեն Էլլեմանը (Լիբերալ կուսակցություն) եւ փոխխոսնակ Յենս Ռոդեն (Դանիայի Սոցիալ- Լիբերալ կուսակցություն)։ Դանիական կողմի խնդրանքով Արարատ Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է անկախությունից ի վեր ՀՀ անցած ճանապարհը եւ Թավշյա հեղափոխությունից ու 2018 թվականի արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունները։ Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստանի կողմից որդեգրած ժողովրդավարական փոփոխությունների օրակարգին, հատկապես դատաիրվական ոլորտում։ Քննարկվել է Ընտրական օրենսգրքի եւ Կուսակցությունների մասին օրենքի բարեփոխումների շուրջ եւրոպական տարբեր կառույցների հետ համագործակցության շրջանակը։ Դանիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել սատարելու Հայաստանի խորհրդարանին՝ ժողովրդավարական ձեռքբերումները բոլոր բնագավառներում կոնսոլիդացնելու գործում։ Արարատ Միրզոյանը հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ նման մակարդակով սա ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի առաջին պաշտոնական այցն է Դանիայի Թագավորություն՝ խորհրդարանի խոսնակի մակարդակով եւ հույս հայտնել, որ նոր հնարավորություններ կբացվեն երկու օրենսդիր մարմինների միջեւ փորձի փոխանակման եւ միջազգային խորհրդարանական կազմակերպություններում սերտ փոխգործակցության։ Ափսոսանք հայտնելով, որ դանիական խորհրդարանում գոյություն չունի բարեկամական խմբեր ձեւավորելու ավանդույթ, կողմերը հույս են հայտնել, որ փոխշահավետ համագործակցության արդյունավետ հարթակ կարող են հանդիսանալ խորհրդարանական համապատասխան հանձնաժողովների միջեւ համատեղ հանդիպումների եվ քննարկումների կազմակերպումը, փոխադարձ այցերը եւ մշտական շփումը տարբեր խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունների միջեւ։
Արարատ Միրզոյանն իր երախտիքի խոսքն է հայտնել Դանիայի խորհրդարանի կողմից ՀՀ ԵՄ Համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը վարվերացնելու եւ ներպետական ընթացակարգերն ավարտելու մասին Եվրոպական խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղարությանը պաշտոնապես տեղեկացնելու համար։ ԱԺ նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ դանիական կողմը կաջակցի Հայաստանի իշխանություններին ԵՄ-ի հետ մուտքի արտոնագրերի ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսության մեկնարկին։ Դանիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակի խնդրաքով Արարատ Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական օրակարգի հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ ապրիլի 5-ին կայանալիք հանրաքվեի եւ Սահմանադրական դատարանի շուրջ ընթացող գործընթացները, խոսել Սահմանադրության փոփոխության անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ՝ որպես Հայաստանում ընթացող դատաիրավական, տնտեսական բարեփոխումների հաջողության հասնելու գրավական։ Անդրադարձ է կատարվել տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության խնդիրների լայն շրջանակին, այդ թվում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությանը։ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի ղեկավարած պատվիրակության անդամները ներկայացրել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության էությունը եւ Հայաստանի մոտեցումները բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով դրա հանգուցալուծման ուղղությամբ՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակում։
