34-ամյա կինը պնդում է` Արտաշատի սոցապը յուրացրել է իր երրորդ երեխային հասնող նպաստը
SOCIETYԱրտաշատի բնակիչ, այժմ ՌԴ Անապա քաղաքում բնակվող 34–ամյա Տատյանա Մանասերյանը պնդում է, որ Սոցիալական ապահովության ծառայության Արտաշատի բաժինը յուրացրել է իր երրորդ երեխային հասնող միանվագ նպաստը: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Տատյանան պատմեց, որ «դեռ նախորդ տարվանից է դիմում ներկայացրել Սոցապ, ասել են կփոխանցեն, մեկնել է երկրից, իսկ գումարը այդպես էլ չեն փոխանցել»:
«Իմ 3 երեխաները ծնվել են Ռուսաստանում, բայց Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ են: Ես երրորդ երեխայի ծննդից հետո եկա, որ երեխայի գումարը ստանամ, քանի որ ինձ օրենքով հասնում է: Նոյեմբերին եմ դիմել, ինձ ասեցին, որ մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 10-ը կփոխանցվի, բայց այնպես ստացվեց, որ ես գնացի Հայաստանից ու գումարը չփոխանցեցին, չնայած նրան, որ դիմումն ընդունված էր ու հաստատված: Ինձ թվում է` գումարը ստացել եւ յուրացրել են, ու արդեն 4 ամիս է՝ ինձ քաշքշուկի մեջ են գցել»,- պատմեց 34-ամյա կինը:
Նա նշեց, որ ինքը զանգահարել է Աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության թեժ գիծ, ներկայացրել խնդիրը, իրեն ասել են, որ օրենքով իրեն պետք է տրամադրեն այդ գումարը: Կինը նաեւ դիմել է վարչապետի անձնակազմ, այնտեղից էլ հաստատել են, որ օրինական է իր պահանջը եւ խնդիրը ուշադրության կենտրոնում կպահեն:
Տիկին Տատյանան այժմ 2.5, 1.5 եւ 5 ամսական երեխաներին Անապայում է թողել, եկել այդ գումարը ստանալու, սակայն դիմումին ընթացք չի տրվում:
