Ստեփանավանում 2 հետիոտնին Mercedes-ով վրաերթի ենթարկած 24-ամյա վարորդին քննիչն ազատ է արձակել
VIDEOSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչը ազատ է արձակել փետրվարի 13-ին Ստեփանավանում 2 հետիոտնի մահվան ելքով վրաեթի ենթարկած Mercedes-ի 24-ամյա վարորդին։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ ավտոտեխնիկական։ Նույն օրը վարորդը ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության. պարզվել է, որ նա եղել է սթափ։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է 2 և ավելի մարդու մահ) հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, փետրվարի 13-ին ողբերգական դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում: Ժամը 17:15-ի սահմաններում Ստեփանավան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 24-ամյա Ժորա Մալերյանը իր վարած Mercedes մակնիշի 36 NZ 969 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի էր ենթարկել 2 հետիոտի: Վրաերթի ենթարկվածները տեղում մահացել էին, իսկ Mercedes-ն էլ բախվել էր կայանված վիճակում գտնվող Opel մակնիշի 47 OX 007 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենային: Դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել ճամապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 5-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Սմբատ Նորեկյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Գարիկ Մարտիրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ: Դեպքի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պետ Կարեն Գյուլումյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էր ոստիկանության Ստեփանավանի բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել էր օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արտակ Գյուրջանյանի գլխավորությամբ: Դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնի խումբը: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
