Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը կրկին արձանագրում է, որ ապրիլի 5-ին նշանակված հանրաքվեն հակասահմանդրական է, հակաիրավական եւ հակաժողովրդավարական:

 

ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ նաեւ ասվում է.

 

«Հանրաքվե նախաձեռնելու ողջ գործընթացը՝ իր բովանդակությամբ եւ ընթացակարգով, կոպտորեն հակասում է ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանը եւ «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» սահմանադրական օրենքին, իսկ հարցի քաղաքական ենթատեքստը որեւէ աղերս չունի իրավական պետություն կառուցելու եւ ժողովրդավարությունը ամրապնդելու ուղենիշների հետ:

 

Այս արկածախնդրության միակ նպատակը հլու-հնազանդ Սահմանադրական դատարան ունենալն է, ինչը ոչ միայն չի լուծելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների առջեւ ծառացած բազմաթիվ իրական խնդիրները, այլեւ  պետականությունը քանդելու հերթական քայլն է:

 

Հանրաքվեի օրակարգը կործանիչ է: Այն հանրությանն առավել կարեւոր խնդիրներից շեղելու եւ իշխանության արձանագրած ձախողումները թաքցնելու առիթ է:

 

Մենք,  արձանագրելով վերոգրյալը եւ չցանկանալով մասնակից դառնալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ իր քաղաքական թիմի կողմից հասարակությունը կրկին պառակտելու կործանարար գործընթացին,  հայտարարում ենք մեր որոշումը հակասահմանդրական հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավին  որեւէ ձեւով չմասնակցելու վերաբերյալ:

 

Միաժամանակ ցավով ահազանգում ենք, որ միջազգային հանրության արձագանքը վկայում է, որ այս գործընթացը հարիր չէ Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի անդամ պետությանը, վնասում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջազգային հեղինակությանը, ինչի հետեւանքները ծանր կլինեն երկրի ազգային օրակարգի առաջխաղացման եւ տարածաշրջանային մարտահրավերների սրացման համատեքստում, ինչպես նաեւ թուլացնելու են Հայաստանի դիրքերը Արցախյան բանակցություններում:
