Սուրեն Պապիկյանը թաքցրել է իր դատվածության փաստը
POLITICSՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը, ով նաեւ Քաղպայմանագիր կուսակցության վարչության նախագահն է եւ այժմ արդեն սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի «Այո»-ի շտաբի ղեկավարը, ամենադրական իմիջն ունեցող մարդկանցից է այս իշխանության մեջ։ Սակայն, պարզվում է, նա իր կենսագրությունը սրբագրել է եւ որոշ տհաճ էջեր թաքցրել հանրությունից։
Օրինակ, թաքցրել է, որ ժամանակին քրեական հոդվածով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել իրեն եւ անգամ դատապարտված է եղել ու նստել է։ Hraparak.am-ի տեղեկություններով, զինծառայության ժամանակ նա իր հրամանատարին դանակով խփել է եւ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել այդ առիթով։
Սուրեն Պապիկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քրեական օրենսգրքի 334-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի Բ կետով և 334-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով․ «Պետի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը, որը կատարվել է զինվորական ծառայության ընթացքում, զենքի գործադրմամբ»։ Նա 5-րդ զինվորական կայազորի դատարանի կողմից 2006 թվականի մարտի 27-ին դատապարտվել է 2 տարի 3 ամիս ազատազրկման, ապա այդ պատիժը Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը համապատասխանեցրել է մեր օրենսդրությանը եւ հաստատել։ Նա պատիժը կրել է «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում, ապա մոտ մեկ տարի անց՝ 2007 թվականի փետրվարի 23-ին ազատ է արձակվել համաներումով։
Այս դատվածությունն, ըստ ամենայնի, արդեն մարված է, ուստի այն որեւէ հետեւանք չի առաջացնում նրա՝ պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու հարցում։ Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ այս փաստը թաքցվել է կենսագրությունից։
