Հայաստանի դատաիրավական համակարգում 2018-ի թավշյա, ոչ բռնի հեղափոխությունից հետո մեծ փոփոխություններ տեղի չեն ունեցել: Այս մասին Գերմանիայի Ֆրիդրիխ Էբերտ հիմնադրամի «Տեւական համագործակցություն նոր նախանշանների ներքո, Հայաստան-Գերմանիա հարաբերություններ» խորագրով քննարկման ժամանակ իր ելույթում ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

 

«Կա մի ոլորտ, որտեղ վերջին մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում մենք չենք կարող պարծենալ մեծ հաջողություններով, և դա դատաիրավական համակարգ է, որովհետև գործող դատական համակարգը, ներառյալ՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանը, ձևավորվել է հին քաղաքական պայմաններում:  2018-ի հեղափոխությունից այդտեղ մեծ փոփոխություններ տեղի չեն ունեցել: Դրա պատճառներից մեկը այն է, որ մենք առաջնորդվել ենք և շարունակում ենք առաջնորդվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ինստիտուցիոնալ քայլերով առաջ գնալու ճանապարհով, որպեսզի մեր գործողությունները չլինեն տարերային, իներցիոն, և մեր գործողությունների արդյունքում համոզված լինենք, որ բերելու ենք օգուտ և ոչ թե վնաս: Մեր երկիրը, ցավոք, երկար ժամանակ ապրել է Կառավարության կողմից վերահսկելի դատական համակարգի պայմաններում, և խնդիրն է ոչ թե վերահսկողություն հաստատել դատական համակարգի վրա, այլ ստեղծել երաշխիքներ, որ երկրում կա իսկապես անկախ և անկողմնակալ դատական համակարգ, որը չի գտնվում ոչ միայն Կառավարության, այլ նաև որևէ այլ` արտաքին, թե ներքին ուժի ազդեցության ներքո»,- ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը:

 

Նա նշեց, որ այս առումով շատ կարևոր է հիմա սկսելը՝ գործնականացնել դատաիրավական համակարգի բարեփոխումները, այդ թվում՝ Եվրամիության աջակցությամբ ընդունվել է դատաիրավական համակարգի բարեփոխումների ռազմավարությունը և հակակոռուպցիոն ռազմավարությունը:
