Ներքաղաքական հարցերը «կհղկեն» դեսպանները
POLITICSՕրերս Վիեննայում կայացել է Եվրոպայում և միջազգային ու տարածաշրջանային կազմակերպություններում հավատարմագրված ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ղեկավարների հավաքը, որը նախաձեռնել էր ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը։
Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունից հայտնի է դառնում, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում հանգամանալից անդրադարձ է կատարվել ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական առաջնահերթություններին, հայկական դիվանագիտության առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերներին և դրանց հասցեագրման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող քայլերին:
Սակայն Մնացականյանի բուն ասելիքն այլ հարցերի է վերաբերել։
«Փաստ» թերթին այս հանդիպման հետ կապված ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել։ Ըստ այդմ, դեսպանների այս տարվա աշխատանքների հետ կապված հիմնական շեշտադրումները կատարվել են ոչ այնքան ավանդույթ դարձած օրակարգային խնդիրների կարգավորման վերաբերյալ՝ Արցախի հիմնահարց, Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման և հայապահպանության հարցեր, այլ (դրանցից զատ) այն առումով, որ չեզոքացվեն առաջիկա հանրաքվեի և ընդհանրապես մի շարք թեմաների հետ կապված եվրոպական կառույցների կողմից տրվող բացասական արձագանքները։ ԱԳՆ մեր աղբյուրը զարմանքով փաստում է, որ առաջին անգամ արտաքին գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչներին հանձնարարություն է տրվում զբաղվել ներքաղաքական հարցերի հղկման գործընթացով։
Մեր զրուցակիցը նաև հավաստում է, որ սա ԱԳՆ պատմության մեջ աննախադեպ գործընթաց է, երբ փաստացի լոկալ խնդիրները դարձել են դոմինանտ։ Ի դեպ, մեր տեղեկություններով, դեսպաններին հատուկ հանձնարարվել է հետևել ՀՀԿ-ի ու արմատական ընդդիմադիր այլ ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների՝ եվրոպական երկրներ կատարած այցերին ու ունեցած հանդիպումներին, առավելագույնս չեզոքացնել այդ այցերի՝ իշխանությունների համար անցանկալի հետևանքները։
