ECONOMICS2019 թվականին Հայաստանից ռեկորդային ծավալի գումարներ են դուրս եկել տրանսֆերտների տեսքով։ Այս մասին գրում է hetq.am-ը:
«Խոսքը 1 մլրդ 454 մլն դոլարի մասին է։ Դրանք բանկերի միջոցով ֆիզիկական անձանց դրամական փոխանցումներն են Հայաստանից արտասահման, որոնց ծավալը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավելացել է 22.4%-ով»։
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ էական ծավալի գումարներ են փոխանցվում նաև արտասահմանից Հայաստան։ 2019 թվականին դրանք ևս աճել են, բայց կրկնակիից ավելի դանդաղ, քան դուրս եկող գումարների աճն է։
Վկայակոչելով Կենտրոնական բանկի տվյալները, կայքը հայտնում է, որ 2019 թվականին ֆիզիկական անձինք բանկերի միջոցով արտասահմանից Հայաստան են ուղարկել 1 մլրդ 958 մլն դոլարի համարժեք գումար։ 2018 թվականի համեմատ այն աճել է մոտ 174 մլն դոլարով կամ 9.7%-ով։
«Վերջին տասը տարիներին արտասահմանից Հայաստան տրանսֆերտների ամենամեծ ծավալը գրանցվել 2013 թվականին՝ գերազանցելով 2 մլրդ դոլարը։ Սակայն հետագայում այս տեմպերը չեն պահպանվել։ Ամենախորը անկումը գրանցվել է 2015 թվականին, երբ դրսից եկող գումարները կրճատվել են կես միլիարդ դոլարով։ 2017 թվականից աստիճանաբար աճ է գրանցվում։ 2019 թվականին դեպի Հայաստան դրամական փոխանցումների 45%-ի աղբյուրը Ռուսաստանն է, 14%-ինը՝ ԱՄՆ-ն։
2019 թվականին Հայաստանից արտասահման ֆիզիկական անձանց դրամական փոխանցումներն, ըստ կայքի, կազմել են 1 մլրդ 454 մլն դոլար, նախորդ տարվա համեմատ՝ 266 մլն դոլարով կամ 22.4%-ով ավելի։ «Ընդ որում՝ նկատելի է, որ փողի արտահոսքն արագացել է տարվա երկրորդ կիսամյակում։ Ամենամեծ ծավալի փոխանցումները կատարվել են օգոստոսին (մոտ 157 մլն դոլար) և դեկտեմբերին (մոտ 150 մլն դոլար)։ Առնվազն 2004 թվականից սկսած, երբ ներկայացվում է վիճակագրությունը, ոչ մի ամիս այդ ծավալի գումարներ Հայաստանից դուրս չեն եկել»։
Արտահոսքի շոշափելի աճը Կենտրոնական բանկը բացատրում է հիմնականում ավտոմեքնենաների ներմուծման նույնքան զգալի աճով։ Այսինքն՝ գումարները արտերկիր են փոխանցվել ավտոմեքենաների դիմաց վճարումների տեսքով։
«Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի տվյալով՝ 2019 թվականի ընթացքում Հայաստան է ներմուծվել 189 018 հատ ավտոմեքենա, ինչը երեք անգամ գերազանցում է 2018 թվականի ցուցանիշը։ Հայաստանից դուրս եկած 1 մլրդ 454 մլն դոլարը բավականին մեծ գումար է Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար։ Այս արտահոսքը բացասաբար է ազդում երկրի վճարային հաշվեկշռի վրա։ Այն նաև նշանակում է, որ տնտեսությունը «կորցրել է» այս գումարները. դրանք կարող էին շրջանառվել Հայաստանում, նպաստել տարբեր ոլորտներում նոր աժեքի ստեղծմանը, առևտրաշրջանառության մեծացմանը և այլն»։
«Դրամական փոխանցումների զուտ ներհոսքը ցույց է տալիս, թե տվյալ ժամանակահատվածում որքան է կազմել դրսից Հայաստան ուղարկվող և Հայաստանից դուրս ուղարկվող գումարների տարբերությունը։ Այդ տարբերությունը մշտապես դրական է լինում։ Սակայն երբ արտահոսքն ավելի արագ է աճում, քան ներհոսքը, այդ տարբերությունը նվազում է։ Այդպիսի իրավիճակ է գրանցվել 2019 թվականին։ Դրամական փոխանցումների զուտ ներհոսքը կազմել է 504 մլն դոլար՝ նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նվազելով 93 մլն դոլարով կամ 15.5%-ով։ Սա ևս ռեկորդային ցուցանիշ է վերջին տասը տարիների կտրվածքով, բայց ոչ թե ռեկորդային բարձր, այլ՝ ռեկորդային ցածր», գրել է կայքը։
