51-ամյա տղամարդու սպանությունը բացահայտվել է․ մանրամասներ` ծանր հանցագործությունից (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOՓետրվարի 5-ին, ժամը 14․10-ի սահմաններում, ոստիկանության Վանաձոր քաղաքի Բազումի բաժնում հաղորդում ստացվեց, որ Վանաձորի Բուլղարական 2-րդ ավանի տնակներից մեկում տղամարդու դի կա՝ բռնության հետքերով։ Ահազանգով մեկնած օպերատիվ-քննչական խումբը պարզեց, որ բռնության հետքերը 51-ամյա տղամարդու դեմքին ու գլխին են։ Տարածքային քննչական բաժնում քրեական գործ հարուցվեց սպանության հատկանիշներով։ Հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ոստիկանության մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողներ, համագործակցելով նախաքննական մարմնի աշխատակիցների հետ, ձեռնարկեցին օպերատիվ-հետախուզական տարաբնույթ միջոցառումներ։ Վեր հանվեցին ու վերլուծվեցին սպանվածի և այլ անձանց միջև հնարավոր տարաձայնություններն ու խնդիրները։ Հարցման ենթարկվեցին տղամարդու ազգականները, ընկերները, մտերիմներն ու Բուլղարական 2-րդ ավանում բնակվող մի խումբ անձինք։ Հետախուզական միջոցառումների ընթացքում առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունը բացահայտելուն նպաստող տվյալներ հայտնած անձինք ներկայացվեցին քննչական բաժին՝ հարցաքննության։ Հարցաքննվողներից 33-ամյա մի տղամարդու ցուցմունքի համաձայն՝ փետրվարի 4-ին Բուլղարական 2-րդ ավանի բնակիչներից մեկն ու սպանված տղամարդը վիճել էին, որի ընթացքում 21-ամյա երիտասարդը ձեռքերով, ոտքերով և էլեկտրական ջեռուցիչով խփել էր սպանվածին։ Քննության համար առանցքային տեղեկություններ հայտնած տղամարդն ու երիտասարդն առերես հարցաքննվեցին, որի ընթացքում տղամարդը պնդեց իրավապահներին հայտնած տեղեկությունը, ուստի 21-ամյա երիտասարդը, որպես կասկածյալ, ձերբակալվեց։
Հետախուզական միջոցառումներն ու քննչական գործողություննեը նոր թափ առան։ Շնորհիվ քրեական հետախույզների ծավալուն և հմուտ գործողությունների, որոնք հրապարակման ենթակա չեն, փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերեցին, որ 33-ամյա տղամարդը սուտ ցուցմունք է տվել, ավելին՝ 51-ամյա տղամարդուն ոչ թե ձերբակալված երիտասարդն է սպանել, այլ՝ ինքը։
Փետրվարի 11-ին նախաքննական մարմինը որոշում կայացրեց Վանաձորի բնակիչ, 33-ամյա Դավիթ Դավթյանին քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին և նույն օրը հայտարարվեց հետախուզում, իսկ ձերբակալված երիտասարդը բաց թողնվեց։ Այժմ ձեռնարկվում են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ հետախուզվողին հայտնաբերելու և քննությանը ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
