ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը ստացել է փաստական տվյալներ՝ ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործակալության պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից կաշառք ստանալու հերթական առերեւույթ դեպքի մասին։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԱԾ-ի լրատվության ծառայությունից։

 

Ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործակալության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի թիվ 2 բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության հանձնաժողովի նախագահը, փորձաքննություններ կատարելիս ի պաշտոնե օժտված լինելով կազմակերպչա-տնօրինչական լիազորություններով, նույն հանձնաժողովի անդամների եւ բուժվիճակագրի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, գործակալություն դիմած քաղաքացիների օգտին որոշում կայացնելու, այն է՝ հաշմանդամության տեւողության ժամկետը հաստատելու, խումբը փոխելու համար, վերջիններիցս պարբերաբար որպես կաշառք պահանջել եւ ստացել է տարբեր չափերի գումարներ՝ դրանցից մասնաբաժին տալով հանցավոր համաձայնության եկած հանձնաժողովի անդամներին:

 

ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով առերեւույթ հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած 4 անձինք ՀՀ ԱԱԾ օպերատիվ ստորաբաժանումների աշխատակիցների հսկողության ներքո հերթական անգամ կաշառք ստանալիս բռնվել են: Կատարված խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է կաշառքի առարկան, որից հետո հիշյալ անձինք բերման են ենթարկվել եւ ձերբակալվել։ Անհերքելի ապացույցների առկայության պարագայում պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող հանձնաժողովի նախագահը եւ նրա հանցակիցները խոստովանել են կատարած հանցագործությունը:

 

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են համապատասխան միջոցառումներ՝ խմբի կողմից կատարած այլ հանցադեպերը, հանցավոր շղթայի մեջ ներգրավված անձանց բացահայտելու եւ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ։
