 Սև-սպիտակի բաժանումը և ատելության տարածումը չեն նպաստում ճգնաժամի հաղթահարմանը։ Հակառակը՝ ստեղծում են հեղափոխական հետցնցումների վտանգ, որոնք կարող են շրջել ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների ընթացքը և կործանարար հետևանք ունենալ, ինչպես Մերձավոր Արևելքի որոշ երկրներում։

Ժողովրդավարական երկրում չկա ներքին թշնամի, մարդիկ միմյանց վերաբերում են սիրով։ Այդ աշխարհում մարդիկ տեսակների, դասակարգերի, կաստաների, սևերի և սպիտակների չեն բաժանվում, չկան ցեղի տականք, ժողովրդի թշնամի, կեղտոտ քաղքենի (բուրժուա)։ Դրանք կիրառող ժողովուրդներն այսօր ամաչում են, որ երբեմնի քաղաքական-գաղափարական առաջնորդի դրդմամբ երբևէ այդպիսի հասարակական բաժանումների են ենթարկվել և ատել, կոտորել ու ցեղասպանել են միմյանց։

Համընդհանուր բարոյական նորմն այսօր հավասարությունն է։ Մարդը բարձրագույն արժեք է, անկախ ծագումից, սեռից, դավանանքից, համոզմունքից, մաշկի գույնից և այլն։ Եվ մարդու կամ մարդկանց խմբի հասցեին վիրավորական արտահայտությունը վիրավորում է ամբողջ ժողովրդի ինքնասիրությունը։ Ժողովրդավարական արժեքներով առաջնորդվող հասարակության մի մասին «շնաբարո դուրսպրծուկներ» կամ «ժողովրդի լավատեսությունը ծծող շնագայլեր» անվանելը բողոքի ալիք է բարձրացնում, որովհետև ընկալվում է որպես վիրավորանք ուղղված ոչ թե հասարակության որևէ անդամին, այլ հասարակությանը։ Եթե այդպես չի լինում, ապա պետությունը ժողովրդավարական չի, կամ այդ բնորոշումները ժողովրդին չեն ուղղված, այլ ինչ-որ հորինված երկրի հորինված արարածներին։

Ցանկացած աշխատանք ու գործ որոշակի սևեռում է պահանջում։ Եթե հմտությունն ու գիտելիքը բավարար չեն, ուղենշային բարոյական նորմ և արժեք չկան, ապա սևեռման միակ գործիքը մնում է ատելությունը։ Երբ քաղաքական գործիչը չունի բավարար գիտելիք, կամք առաջադրված խնդիրը լուծելու համար և վախենում է, որ կձախողվի, ապա դիմում է վիրավորանքի, գեներացնում ատելություն, որ սևեռվի խնդրի ուղղությամբ և իր վրա սևեռի լսարանը։

Հանրաքվե լինում է շատ երկրներում։ Եվ ընտրության հարց է ոչ միայն հանրաքվեին «այո» կամ «ոչ» ասելը, այլ դրան գնալու ընթացքը։ Եթե այն ընթանում է ատելության մթնոլորտում, սև-սպիտակի, տեսակի, տականքի և հակաքաղաքկրթական նմանատիպ բաժանումներով, ապա այդ ընտրությունը ժողովրդավարական չի համարվում և վիճարկվում վաղ թե ուշ։ Սա նկատի ունենալով, պետք է հրաժարվել հիստերիկ հեղափոխականությունից, առաջնորդվել ժողովրդավարական բարոյական նորմերով, ընտրել արժեքահեն պետականավարման ընթացք և, ամենակարևորը՝ հարգել մարդուն որպես արժեք։
