Քանի՞ արտակարգ դեպք է գրանցվել Հայաստանում նախորդ տարի

Ըստ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Հայաստանի փրկարար ծառայության և ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության ամփոփ տեղեկատվության, 2019 թվականին Հայաստանում գրանցվել է 20 889 արտակարգ դեպք, տուժել է 12 929 (427 զոհ, 12 502 վիրավոր), տարհանվել`4 748, փրկվել՝ 363 մարդ: Այս մասին «Փաստը» տեղեկանում է վիճակագրական կոմիտեից։ 

Եվ այսպես՝ 2019 թվականին գրանցված տարերային վտանգավոր երևույթների ընդհանուր քանակը կազմել է 389-ը։ 

Ընդհանուր առմամբ տուժել է 13 մարդ, որից 7-ը զոհվել է, 6-ը՝ վիրավորվել, 2699-ը՝ տարհանվել, ընդ որում տարհանումները կապված են բքի, մերկասառույցի և ձնահյուսի հետ։ 

Տարերային վտանգավոր երևույթների ցանկում «առյուծի» բաժինն ընկնում է անտառային հրդեհներին, որին հաջորդում է կարկուտը, վայրի կենդանիների հարձակումը, քարթափվածքը, ուժեղ քամիները և այսպես շարունակ։ 

Վտանգավոր երևույթների քանակով Հայաստանի տարածքում առաջատարը Վայոց ձորի մարզն է։ 

Թվով ավելի շատ են տեխնածին արտակարգ դեպքերը՝ 15 195։ 2019 թվականին դրանցից տուժել է ընդհանուր առմամբ 7268 մարդ, որից 359-ը զոհվել է, 6909-ը՝ վիրավորվել, 435-ը՝ տարհանվել, իսկ 359-ը՝ փրկվել։ 

Տեխնածին արտակարգ դեպքերի պարագայում «առաջատար» են բուսածածկ տարածքներում հրդեհները՝ 6514, ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարները՝ 4799, աղբի մշտական և ժամանակավոր կուտակման վայրերում՝ 1063, և բնակելի շենքերում և շինություններում հրդեհները՝ 1061։ 

Տեխնածին արտակարգ դեպքերում «առյուծի» բաժինը՝ 6381, գրանցվել է Երևանում։ Տուժել է 2951 մարդ, որից 90-ը զոհվել են, 2861-ը վիրավորվել։ Հետաքրքրական է այն, որ 6381 արտակարգ դեպքից 2172-ը ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարներ են, որոնցից տուժել է 2887 մարդ, զոհվել՝ 86-ը, վիրավորվել՝ 2801-ը։ 

Տեխնածին արտակարգ դեպքերի քանակով Երևանին հաջորդում են Կոտայքի՝ 1876, Արարատի՝ 1351, Արմավիրի՝ 1028 մարզերը, և այսպես շարունակ։ 

Ի դեպ, տեխնածին արտակարգ դեպքերն ամենաքիչը գրանցվել են Վայոց ձորի մարզում՝ 267։ 

Նույնն, ի դեպ, վերաբերում է նաև ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարներին։ Գրանցված սոցիալ-կենսաբանական արտակարգ դեպքերի ընդհանուր թիվը 2019 թվականին կազմել է 5305-ը, ընդհանուր առմամբ տուժել է 5648 մարդ, որից 61-ը զոհվել է, 5587-ը՝ վիրավորվել, իսկ 1614-ը՝ տարհանվել։ 

Հիմնականում արտակարգ դեպքերը կապված են սննդից, ալկոհոլից, դեղորայքից, բնական գազից և այլ աղբյուրներից մարդկանց թունավորումների հետ՝ 5047 դեպք։ Այս դեպքում էլ «առաջատարը» Երևանն է՝ 3622 արտակարգ դեպք։
