Այսօր Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը ներկայացրեց «Սոցիալական աջակցության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մաuին որոշման նախագիծը: Նա հիշեցրեց, որ կառավարության ծրագրում ամրագրված է՝ մինչև 2023թ. վերացնել ծայրահեղ աղքատությունը և նվազեցնել աղքատությունը:
«Կառավարության ծրագրին համահունչ՝ կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ ենք ձեռնարկել, որոնք շատ էական բարեփոխումներ են: Նպատակ ունենք մեկ գրասենյակում ստեղծելու սոցիալական կարիքների գնահատման միասնական համակարգ, որը կմիավորի այս տարաբնույթ կառույցների գործողությունները և կնպաստի բյուրոկրատական քաշքշուկների կրճատմանը, իսկ շահառուների կտրամադրվի որակյալ ծառայություններ»,-ասաց նա:
«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը նշեց, որ շատ լավ է, երբ կարիքները գույքագրում, թվայնացվում է, որպեսզի իմանան թե անապահով քաղաքացին ինչ խնդիր ունի: Նա հետաքրքրվեց, թե որքան է կազմում ծայրահեղ աղքատությունը: «Մենք տարբեր տեղեր հանդիպում ենք, որ մարդ չունի օթևան, դեղի փող, մեղմ ասած սոված է, հիմա որքան էլ գույքագրենք, պետությունը ի՞նչ պարտավորությունը իրականացնում»,-հարցրեց պատգամավորը:
Փոխնախարարը նշեց, որ ծայրահեղ աղքատությունն ըստ Վիճպետկոմի հրապարակած տեղեկատվությամբ կազմում է 2018թ. մեկ տոկոս, որը կազմում է 30 հազար մարդ, իսկ աղքատությունը՝ 23,5 տոկոս: 2017թ. համեմատ մեկ-երկու տոկոս նվազում կա: «Այս միտումը կարծում ենք, որ կշարունակվի»,-ասաց նա:
Միքայել Մելքումյանը նկատեց, որ կան հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ, որոնք աշխատում են, բայց համարվում են աշխատող աղքատ: «Հիմա համոզված ե՞ք, որ ինչ արվում է կառավարության կողմից, այս փոփոխությունները, հեղափոխական են, թե՝ կիսահեղափոխան»,-հարցրեց պատգամավորը: Ի պատասխան՝ փոխնախարարը նշեց, որ թեպետ իր պատասխանը սուբյեկտիվ կարող է ընկալվել, սակայն գտնում է, որ իրապես հեղափոխական են:
