Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է կատարել ԵԽ-ի պահանջները
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՈրոշ միջազգային կազմակերպություններ կողմնակալ կերպով են գնահատում Ադրբեջանում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքները, երբեմն նույնիսկ բացասական եզրակացությունները պատրաստվում են քվեարկությունից առաջ: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը, գրում է «Интерфакс-Азербайджан»-ը:
«Եվրախորհրդի կողմից այդ վերաբերմունքի վերջին դրսևորումը Ադրբեջանում քաղբանտարկյալների վերաբերյալ բանաձևն էր, որը շինծու է և ստի վրա կառուցված»,-պնդում է Ալիևը:
Ալիևը նման փաստաթղթի ընդունումը համարում է կոպիտ միջամտություն ընտրություններին. «Մենք մերժում ենք մեր հասցեին հնչած բոլոր մեղադրանքները, և մենք չենք կատարի մեր առջև դրված, այսպես կոչված պահանջները», - ընգծել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը:
Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի՝ փետրվարի 9-ին կայացած արտահերթ ընտրություններում չի եղել իսկական մրցակցություն, չնայած մեծ թվով թեկնածուների առկայությանը: Այս հայտարարությամբ փետրվարի 10-ին հանդես են եկել Եվրոպայի անվտանգության եւ համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ԵԱՀԿ) Դեմոկրատական ինստիտուտների եւ մարդու իրավունքների բյուրոյից դիտորդական առաքելության ներկայացուցիչները:
Դիտորդները հայտարարել են, որ բազմաթիվ խախտումներ են ի հայտ բերել ընտրություններում, ինչն ստիպում է կասկածել դրանց թափանցիկությանը: Բացի այդ, նրանց խոսքով, առանձին դեպքերում ճնշում Է գործադրվել ընտրողների վրա:
Դիտորդների առաքելության ներկայացուցիչները նաեւ նշում են, որ կայացած ընտրություններում տարբեր մակարդակների ընտրական հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքը թափանցիկ էր դիտորդների համար, սակայն չկարողացավ ապահովել ազատ դեմոկրատական ընտրությունների անցկացումը:
