Մարզահամերգային համալիրը կհամալրվի նորագույն տեխնիկայով և ժամանակակից գույքով
SOCIETYԻրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում հրապարակվել է կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ, որն, ինչպես նշվում է դրա հիմնավորման մեջ, բխում է «Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիր» ՊՈԱԿ-ի սահադաշտի բարելավման, գույքի ձեռք բերման, կահավորման և տեխնիկական վերազինման անհրաժեշտությունից: Հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ մարզահամերգային համալիրում անցկացվում են պետական նշանակության, միջազգային և համերգային խոշոր միջոցառումներ։
Այդ իսկ պատճառով կառույցին անհրաժեշտ է ձեռքբերել ռոյալ, որն իր տեխնիկական բնութագրով և հատկանիշներով կհամապատասխանի բարձրակարգ միջոցառումների կազմակերպման համար անհրաժեշտ պայմաններին։
Ինչ վերաբերում է սահադաշտի արդիականացմանը, ապա այն ոչ միայն կնպաստի համալիրի համար հավել յալ եկամտի աղբյուրի ձևավորմանը, այլ նաև հանրապետությունում ձմեռային սպորտաձևերի զարգացմանը: Նախատեսվում է կազմակերպել հոկեյի և գեղասահքի միջազգային մրցաշարեր, ինչպես նաև ուսումնամարզական հավաքներ:
Այսպիսով՝ լուսադիոդային լուսատուներ, սահադաշտի վերազինման համար սառնարանային սարքերի կոմպրեսորներ ու սարքավորումներ, ռոյալ, ձայնային սարքավորումներ, լուսային սարքեր և էլեկտրական լամպեր ձեռքբերելու նպատակով «Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիր» ՊՈԱԿ-ին տրամադրելու համար տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության պետգույքի կառավարման կոմիտեին 2020 թ.-ի առաջին եռամ սյա կում կհատ կաց վ ի 718,489.3 հազար դրամ` ՀՀ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդի հաշվին։
Նշվում է, որ համալիրում շահագործվող հնչյունային և լուսային սարքավորումները ձեռք են բերվել ավելի քան 14 տարի առաջ՝ ոչ բավարար քանակով, այդ իսկ պատճառով միջոցառումների ժամանակ համերգային դահլիճից սպորտային դահլիճ տեղափոխման արդյունքում առաջ է եկել սարքավորումները պարբերաբար վերանորոգելու անհրաժեշտություն:
Բացի դա, միջոցառումների կազմակերպիչները կարիք են ունենում միջոցառման ընթացքում այլ ընկերություններից ներգրավել սարքավորումներ, արդյունքում դժգոհություններ են առաջանում:
Սարքավորումները ձեռք չբերելու դեպքում 2-3 տարվա ընթացքում համալիրը չի կարողանա ամբողջությամբ սպասարկել միջոցառումները և ինքնաբերաբար միջոցառումների քանակը կքչանա:
