Զինծառայողը հարվածներ է ստացել գլխին, վնասվածքներ են եղել մարմնին․ ինքնասպանության վարկածը հերքվում է
SOCIETYԴատաբժշկական եզրակացությամբ՝ ժամկետային զինծառայողի ինքնասպանության վարկածը հերքվել է: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ին հայտնեց Աջամյանի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ Հայարփի Սարգսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով 2019 թ. դեկտեմբերի 2-ին զորամասի մարտական դիրքերից մեկում պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Արթուր Աջամյանի ինքնասպանության վարկածին:
«Փորձաքննությամբ հերքվում է այն վարկածը, թե Աջամյանը կրակել է նախ զինծառայող Դավիթ Մելիքբեկյանի վրա, ապա իրեն, քանի որ դատագենետիկական փորձաքննությամբ նախ հաստատվել է, որ Արթուր Աջամյանի զենքի վրա 3 տարբեր անձանց ԴՆԹ-ի խառնուրդ կա, ինչը հստակեցնելու համար նշանակվել է լրացուցիչ դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություն։ Բացի այդ, վիրավորում ստացած Մելիքբեկյանի հայտնաբերման վայրից հողանման զանգվածի վրա ու Աջամյանի պահեստատուփերի վրա հայտնաբերված արնանման հետքերի համընկում չի եղել»,- ասաց նա:
Փաստաբանը նշեց՝ փորձաքննության հաստատվել է, որ Աջամյանի վրա առկա են վնասվածքներ, որոնք ստացել է տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում, նաև հստակեցվել է, թե ինչ հեռավորությունից է Աջամյանը կրակոցը ստացել․ «Գնդակն արձակվել է 0,3-0,5 սմ հեռավորությունից, այսինքն հենման կետ չի եղել, կտրականապես հերքվում է ինքնասպանությունը։ Ճակատին բութ առարկայով հասցված վնասվածք է եղել, որը հասցվել է մահվանից 1 ժամ առաջ․ սա նշանակւոմ է, որ նախ գլխին է հարված ստացվել, ապա՝ հրազենային վանսվածք։ Մատներին քերծվածքներ են եղել մահվանից 1-2 օր առաջվա վաղեմության, ոտքին սալջարդ է եղել, ուսին՝ հին վնասվածք, որը ստացել է մահվանից 5 օր առաջ։ Ճակատի վրա հրազենային վնասվածքից բացի հայտնաբերվել է նաեւ արյունազեղում, որը պատճառված է եղել մահվանից րոպեներ առաջ»,- ասաց փաստաբանը՝ նշելով, որ գործ ունենք մեկ շաբաթվա վաղեմության վնասվածքների հետ:
Նրա խոսքով՝ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությամբ մահացած զինվորի մոտ չեն հայտնաբերվել ալկոհոլ, թմրանյութեր և հոգեմետ նյութեր, իսկ ստամոքսը եղել է դատարկ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ մամուլում լուրեր են շրջանառվում` զինվորի կողմից ծառայակցին սպանելու փորձ կատարելու, ապա ինքնասպանություն գործելու վարկածը, ինչը վրդովմունք էր առաջացրել մահացած զինծառայողի ծնողների, հարազատների մոտ, որոնք բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացրել Աժ-ի մոտ` պահանջելով պարզել իրենց որդուն սպանողին. Նրանք հավատացած են, որ սպայական անձնակազմը շատ լավ գիտի, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել իրականում:
