Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր որոշում է ստորագրել
POLITICS
ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խումբ ստեղծելու, դրա անհատական կազմն ու աշխատակարգը հաստատելու և ՀՀ վարչապետի 2017 թվականի հունիսի 23-ի n 623-ա որոշումն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու մասին որոշում է ստորագրել.
Հիմք ընդունելով «Կառավարության կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 7-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ և 16-րդ մասերը և «Նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 37-րդ հոդվածը՝
1. Ընդերքօգտագործման համար անհրաժեշտ հողհատկացման խնդրի իրավակարգավորման համար համապատասխան իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի մշակման նպատակով ստեղծել միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խումբ, հաստատել դրա անհատական կազմը` համաձայն N 1 հավելվածի և միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խմբի աշխատակարգը՝ համաձայն N 2 հավելվածի:
2. Աշխատանքային խմբին՝ մինչև 2020 թվականի հունիսի 30-ը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարին ներկայացնել ընդերքօգտագործման համար անհրաժեշտ հողհատկացման խնդրի իրավակարգավորման նպատակով համապատասխան իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի փաթեթը:
3. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարին՝ մինչև 2020 թվականի օգոստոսի 30-ը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության քննարկմանը ներկայացնել ընդերքօգտագործման համար անհրաժեշտ հողհատկացման խնդրի իրավակարգավորման նպատակով համապատասխան իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի փաթեթը:
4. Ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի 2017 թվականի հունիսի 23-ի «Միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խումբ ստեղծելու և դրա անհատական կազմը հաստատելու մասին» N 623-Ա որոշումը:
