VIDEOՀայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի ներկրման ուղիները պարզելու եւ կանխարգելելու, հանցավոր սխեմաներում ներգրավված անձանց պատասխանատվության կանչելու ուղղությամբ օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների եւ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի ներկրման հերթական դեպքը։
ԱԱԾ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ստացված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն` Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում գտնվող ՀՀ քաղաքացին, Երեւանում բնակվող 2 ծանոթի պատվերով ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով «մեթադոն» եւ «կոկաին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ, որոնք տեղադրել է էլեկտրական սղոցի մեջ պատրաստված թաքստոցում եւ 2020թ. հունվարի 25-ին Մոսկվա քաղաքում պայուսակով փոխանցել է դեպի Հայաստան բեռնափոխադրմամբ զբաղվող միկրոավտոբուսի վարորդին՝ տրամադրելով նրան գնորդների հեռախոսահամարները։ Արդյունքում՝ թմրամիջոցների հիշյալ խմբաքանակը մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցնելով, 2020թ. փետրվարի 3-ին «Բագրատաշեն» սահմանային անցակետով ներկրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն, իսկ թմրամիջոցի պատվիրատուները, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ օպերատիվ ստորաբաժանումների հսկողության ներքո փետրվարի 3-ին ստանալով ուղեբեռը, այն ապօրինի փոխադրել են իրենց կողմից որպես հավաքատեղի օգտագործվող տարածք, որից հետո բերման են ենթարկվել եւ ձերբակալվել։
Առերեւույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների եւ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք է բերվել հանցագործությունը փաստող անհերքելի ապացույցների համակցություն, կատարվում է նախաքննություն։
