Վահագն Վերմիշյանին կալանավորելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան
SOCIETYՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահ Վահագն Վերմիշյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել և նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին միջնորդություն ներկայացվել դատարան։ Այս մասին հայտնեցին ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնից:
Փետրվարի 5-ին Վահագն Վերմիշյանը ձերբակալվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի կաշառք ստանալու կասկածանքով:
Ըստ ԱԱԾ հաղորդագրության` Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների եւ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ստացել է փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահը, հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ, պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով եւ անձնական շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, շինարարական աշխատանքներ ծավալող անձանց կամ կառուցապատող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն, ինչպես անձամբ, այնպես էլ մտերիմի միջոցով 5 դեպքով խոշոր եւ առանձնապես խոշոր՝ 1.000.000-2.500.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով, գումարի կամ ապրանքանյութական արժեքների տեսքով կաշառք ստանալու դիմաց, 2019թ. ընթացքում նրանց օգտին կատարել է գործողություններ կամ նպաստել է ցանկալի որոշումների արագ կայացմանը եւ տրամադրմանը:
Կաշառք ստանալը քողարկելու նպատակով, խախտելով ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու օրենքով սահմանված արգելքը, նա մտերիմի անունով հիմնել է նախագծման աշխատանքներ իրականացնող ՍՊ ընկերություն եւ նյութական առավելություն ստանալու նպատակով՝ ուղղորդել է իրեն դիմած կառուցապատողներին եւ անհատներին գործարքներ կատարել նշված ընկերության հետ` միջոցներ ձեռնարկելով ընկերության կողմից կազմված փաստաթղթերի հիման վրա պետական եւ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների կողմից բարենպաստ որոշումների կայացման համար:
Բացի այդ, ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահը 2019թ. հոկտեմբերի 23-ին իր աշխատասենյակում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել մի քանի շինարարական ընկերությունների սեփականատիրոջը «Հայաստանի վաստակավոր շինարարի» կոչման ներկայացնելու համար, դրա դիմաց որպես կաշառք ստանալով 2.379.950 դրամին համարժեք 5000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար եւ շուրջ 2.300.000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք շինանյութ։ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով առերեւույթ հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք բերման են ենթարկվել, նրանցից երկուսը՝ այդ թվում հիշյալ կոմիտեի նախագահը, ձերբակալվել են, ընդ որում կաշառք ստացած պաշտոնյան որպես կասկածյալ հարցաքննվելուց խոստովանել է հանցագործության կատարումը: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
