Մարտական դիրքում սպանված զինծառայողի վրա առկա են եղել մարմնական վնասվածքներ
SOCIETYԴեկտեմբերի 2-ին ՊԲ N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքում հրազենային վնասվածքից մահացած ժամկետային զինծառայող Արթուր Աջամյանի մարմնի վրա բռնության հետքերը հաստատվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությամբ։ Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Աջամյանի իրավահաջորդի փաստաբան Հայարփի Սարգսյանը։
«Աջամյանի ճակատի վրա հրազենային վնասվածքից բացի հայտնաբերվել է նաև արյունազեղում, որը պատճառված է եղել մահվանից րոպեներ առաջ։ Վնասվածքներ են եղել նաև ձեռքերին, ոտքին, ուսին, ճակատին՝ տարբեր վաղեմություններով, մասնավորապես՝ ճակատին արյունազեղումը եղել է րոպեներից մինչև մեկ ժամ վաղեմությամբ, մնացած վնասվածքները՝ դեպքի օրվա, 1-2 օրվա և 5 օրվա վաղեմությամբ ոտքի սալջարդ, որը ըստ ամենայնի՝ բութ գործիքով հարվածի արդյունք էր»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը։
Հարցին, թե կարելի՞ է ենթադրել, որ վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում զինծառայողը ենթարկվել է բռնության, փաստաբանն ասաց, որ վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում նա մի շարք վնասվածքներ է ստացել՝ մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում. «Պետք է նաև նշեմ, որ սեռական բռնության հետքեր դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը չի հայտնաբերել»:
Բացի այդ՝ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությամբ նաև չեն հայտնաբերվել ալկոհոլ, թմրանյութեր և հոգեմետ նյութեր, իսկ ստամոքսը եղել է դատարկ։
Վիրավորում ստացած մյուս զինծառայողի առողջական վիճակին վերաբերող մեր հարցին, փաստաբանը պատասխանեց, որ վերջինս գտնվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում, միացված է արհեստական շնչառություն։ Սարգսյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայողի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է միայն հրազենային վնասվածք։
Նշենք, որ զինվորն սպանվել է 2019թ. դեկտեմբերի 2-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան։ Պաշտոնական հաղորագրության համաձայն, ժամը 06:50-ի սահմանում, ՊԲ հյուսիս-արևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում, մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել ՊԲ զինծառայող, 1998թ. ծնված Արթուր Իշխանի Աջամյանը, իսկ զինծառայող, 1999թ. ծնված Դավիթ Հարությունի Մելիքբեկյանը վիրավորվել է:
