Համաշխարհային լրատվամիջոցներն անդրադարձել են Երևանում էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի թանկացման դեմ բողոքի ակցիային:

 Associated Press գործակալությունը հայտնում է, որ Երևանում ոստիկանությունն ուժով ցրել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման դեմ բողոքող ցուցարարներին՝ ձերբակալելով ավելի քան 200 մարդու:

 «Ցույցի և այն ցրելու մասշտաբներն արտացոլում են Հայաստանում վերջին տարիների ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած ամենալուրջ անկարգությունները՝ մտահոգություններ առաջացնելով ռուսական ռազմաբազան տեղակայած և Մոսկվայի կողմից գլխավորած տնտեսական դաշինքի (նկատի ունի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը- Tert.am) անդամ հանդիսացող երկրում քաղաքական կայունության մասին»,- գրում է գործակալությունը։

 Ռուսական ընկերությունները ղեկավարում են ՀՀ-ի ամենաարժեքավոր տնտեսական ակտիվները, ներառյալ՝ երկրի էներգետիկ համակարգը, որի սակագնի բարձրացումն էլ ցույցի պատճառ է դարձել, նշում է AP-ն:

 Գործակալությունը նաև գրում է, որ ցույցը կազմակերպել են վերջերս տրանսպորտի սակագնի թանկացումը թույլ չտված ակտիվիստները:

 Reuters գործակալությունը, իր հերթին, նշում է, որ ոստիկանությունը ջրցան մեքենաներ է կիրառել Երևանում էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի թանկացման որոշման դեմ ցույցի մասնակիցներին ցրելու համար: Գործակալությունը գրում է, որ ցույցը կազմակերպել են երիտասարդ ակտիվիստները, որոնք կապ չունեն որևէ քաղաքական կուսակցության հետ:

 Հայաստանի վրա բացասական ազդեցություն է թողել Ռուսաստանում տնտեսական անկումը, որը վնասել է արտահանմանը և հայ աշխատողների ուղարկած դրամային փոխանցումներին, հիշեցնում է գործակալությունը:
