«Ես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ոչինչ պարտք չեմ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է.
«Երբեք չեմ ափսոսել իմ հրաժարականի համար: Ափսոսում եմ միայն նրա համար, որ չենք կարողացել արդարացնել բազմահազարանոց մարդկանց, քաղաքացիների հույսերն ու սպասումները, այլ ընդհակառակը, եղել են մեծ հիասթափության առիթներ»,- երեկ տպագիր մամուլի ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Փաստ» թերթի գլխավոր խմբագրի հարցին, թե երբևէ չի՞ ափսոսել, որ հրաժարական է տվել:
Հարցրեցինք. «Մինչ իշխանափոխությունը Դուք հանրության լայն շերտերին անծանոթ էիք: Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը Ձեզ վստահեց, ճանաչում ձեռք բերեցիք: Արդյոք զուտ բարոյական առումով ճիշտ չէր լինի՞, եթե պաշտոնից լուռ հեռանայիք»:
«Իմ աշխատանքը վերջին 20 տարիներին չի ենթադրել հանրային գործունեություն: Դա է պատճառը, որ հանրային ճանաչում չեմ ունեցել: Կարող եմ ասել, որ բացի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից, իշխանության եկածների 98 տոկոսը հանրային ճանաչում չի ունեցել: Իշխանության գալուց հետո յուրաքանչյուրն իր աշխատանքով կարողացավ իր տեղը զբաղեցնել հասարակության մեջ: Ինչ վերաբերում է բարոյական կողմին: Բարոյական չէր լինի, եթե ես, կոմֆորմիզմից ելնելով, շարունակեի զբաղեցնել իմ պաշտոնը և չբարձրաձայնեի վտանգների մասին: Իմ և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մեջ եղել են տարաձայնություններ: Դրանք հիմնականում եղել են քաղաքացու, հասարակության և պետության ընկալումների մեջ: Ես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հրաժարականից առաջ, առավել ևս հրաժարականիցս հետո ոչինչ պարտք չեմ»,ասաց Վանեցյանը:
Այս ընթացքում Վանեցյանին մեղադրում են Փաշինյանին դավաճանելու մեջ, Փաշինյանին էլ՝ ժամանակին Վանեցյանին վստահելու մեջ: Արդյո՞ք չի վախենում նման գնահատականներից: Այս հարցին ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրենը պատասխանեց.
«Դավաճան կոչվելու գնահատականից թող վախենան նրանք, ովքեր դավաճանեցին հեղափոխության գաղափարներին: Թող վախենան նրանք, որոնք իրենց անձնական շահը վեր դասեցին հանրային շահից:
Թող դավաճանի պիտակավորումից վախենան բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր կարճ ժամանակ հետո սթափվելու են և ասելու են, թե՝ չենք հասկացել, թե ինչ ենք անում»: Վանեցյանը խուսափեց անուններից՝ միայն նշելով, որ խոսքն այն շրջանակի մասին է, որը գտնվում է իշխանության մեջ:
