Այս առնչությամբ ՔԿ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է.
«ՀՀ ՔԿ զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության չորրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով նախաքննության ընթացքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 2019թ. դեկտեմբերի 4-ին՝ ժամը 14:30-ի սահմաններում, զորակոչիկ Դ.Մ.-ն զորակոչի հետ կապված փաստաթղթերը հանձնելու նպատակով ներկայացել է ՀՀ ՊՆ Երևանի թիվ 1 զինվորական կոմիսարիատ, որտեղ իր ագրեսիվ պահվածքի համար դիտողության է արժանացել զինկոմիսարիատի զորակոչային բաժանմունքի զորակոչային խմբի պետի կողմից, որից հետո հասարակական վայր հանդիսացող` ՀՀ ՊՆ Երևանի թիվ 1 զինվորական կոմիսարիատի վարչական շենքի միջանցքում զորակոչիկը քաղաքացիների ներկայությամբ, աղմկել և սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել զինկոմիսարիատի աշխատակիցների հասցեին, ինչից հետո բռունցքով հարվածել է զինկոմիսարիատի զորակոչային բաժանմունքի զորակոչային խմբի պետի դեմքին` վերջինիս պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Դ.Մ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 2-դ մասով (Խուլիգանությունը՝ դիտավորությամբ հասարակական կարգը կոպիտ կերպով խախտելը, որն արտահայտվել է հասարակության նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունքով, որը զուգորդվել է անձի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով):
