ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, հավատարիմ լինելով կոռուպցիայի տարաբնույթ դրսեւորումներն արմատախիլ անելու սկզբունքին, կոռուպցիայի հակազդմանն օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների եւ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարի հափշտակման դեպք:

 

ԱԱԾ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ մասնավորապես, փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել, որ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի եւ վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերի մի շարք պատասխանատու պաշտոնատար անձինք, ծառայության շահերին հակառակ, չկատարելով իրենց պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները եւ չարաշահելով պանշտոնեական դիրքը, պատշաճ կերպով չեն վերահսկել քաղաքապետարանի հետ դեռեւս 2014 թ. կնքված պայմանագրով բազմաբնակարան շենքերի աղբատարերի սպասարկման, շինարարական աղբի տեղափոխման եւ գետերի հուների մաքրման աշխատանքներն իրականացնելու պարտականությունը ստանձնած «Դավարս» ՍՊԸ-ի գործունեությունը:

 

Պաշտոնատար անձինք անտեսել են ընկերության կողմից պայմանագրի կետերի պարբերաբար խախտման դեպքերը, ստորագրել են ընկերության ծառայողների կողմից ուռճացված տվյալներով կազմված կատարողական ակտերը, ինչպես նաեւ՝ աշխատանքների ու ծառայությունների մատուցման ընդունման-հանձնման արձանագրությունները։

 

Արդյունքում՝ 2015-2019 թթ. ընթացքում ընկերությանը փոխանցված 1.862.000.000 ՀՀ դրամից վատնման եղանակով հափշտակվել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ շուրջ 450.000.000 ՀՀ դրամի պետական միջոցներ:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածների հատկանիշներով, կատարվում է նախաքննություն, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները եւ կոռուպցիոն շղթայի մեջ ներգրավված անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու, պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու, պատճառված վնասի չափը հստակեցնելու եւ վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ:
