«Ես խորհուրդ կտամ ձեռքերը հետ քաշեն սևազգեստ մայրերից»․ Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանը՝ իրենց դեմ ներկայացված հայցադիմումի մասին
SOCIETY«Մարտի 1»-ի զոհերի իրավահաջորդները դատական հայց են ներկայացրել «Զինվորի մայր» ՀԿ նախագահ Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանի, «Ինձ բացակա չդնեք» ՀԿ նախագահ Սաթիկ Խլղաթյանի դեմ։ Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանի և Սաթիկ Խլղաթյանի փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևը այսօր՝ փետրվարի 4-ին, հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց, որ հայցի հիմքում ընկած է տիկին Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանի այն արտահայտությունը, որ «ինչի, օրինակ, զոհված զինծառայողներին կամ «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբավորման սպանդի հետևանքով մահացած ոստիկանների ընտանիքին փոխհատուցում չի տրամադրվում, իսկ «Մարտի 1-ի» զոհերի իրավահաջորդներին տրամադրվում է։
«Նման բովանդակության հայտարարություն կատարել է նաև տիկին Սաթիկ Խլղաթյանը։ «Մարտի 1-ի» գործով տուժողների իրավահաջորդները սա վերագրել են իրենց, գտնում են, որ ոտնահարվել է իրենց պատիվը և արժանապատվությունը, ինչպես նաև տարածվել է զրպարտություն համարվող տեղեկություններ։ Մենք չունենք որևէ խնդիր այս հայցից պաշտպանվելու, այս հայցը ևս մեկ կարևոր հարթակ է բարձրացնելու այն կարևոր սոցիալական խնդիրները, որոնք մայրերը տարիներ շարունակ բարձարցրել են, ինչպես նաև «Մարտի 1-ի» վրա իրական լույս սփռել, քանի որ մեր օրերում «Մարտի 1-ը» ամբողջ ծավալով ըստ էության քաղարկվում է»,-նշեց Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևը։
Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանն ասաց, որ ինքը ներողություն չի խնդրելու, պետք լինի բոլոր դատական ատյաններով կանցնի․
«Ես խորհուրդ կտամ ձեռքերը հետ քաշեն սևազգեստ մայրերից։ Մենք ընդամենն ուզում ենք պատշաճ վերաբերմունք, մենք ուզում ենք հարգանքի արժանանալ կառավարության կողմից: Բայց ամենավերջին բառերն եմ լսում իմ և իմ զոհված որդու մասին: Որոշ մարդկանց համար ես դարձել եմ քավության նոխազ, իբր Իտալիայում դաչաներ ունեմ, բիզնեսներ ու դղյակներ ունեմ, գնում եմ վարչապետից փող ուզելու: Բայց ես գումարի կարիք չունեմ, պարզապես խնդրում եմ, նույն չափորոշիչները կիրառվեն աթոռակռվի համար կյանքը տված «Մարտի 1»-ի զոհերի համար և հայրենիքի համար կյանքը տված զինվորների համար»։
