VIDEOՀՖՖ նախկին նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը բերման է ենթարկվել անհայտ անձի հաղորդման հիման վրա։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 4-ին, Ոստիկանության շենքից դուրս գալով լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՖՖ նախկին նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը։
«37 թիվն է․ անհայտ անձը զանգահարել ու ասել է՝ Հայրապետյանի մեքենայում զենք ու զինամթերք կա։ Ամեն օր կարող են նույն բանն անել, թող անեն։ Այս երկրում ինչքան համարձակ տղա կա, էն տղերքին, որ էն օրը բռնել էին, այդ տղաներից ոչ մեկը Նիկոլից չի վախենում։ Բռնել ու փորձել են էդ տղաներին վախեցնեն, բայց տեսնում եք, որ այդ տղաները չեն վախենում։ Վախեցնում են, որ վախեցած ապրենք»,- ասաց Հայրապետյանը։
Լրագրողի դիտարկմանը, թե քրեական ենթամշակույթի դեմ է պայքար սկսվել, արդյոք հնարավո՞ր է դրա շրջանակներում են իրեն բերման ենթարկել, Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանն այսպես արձագանքեց․ «Երեւի քրեական ենթամշակույթի ամենամեծ ջատագովն այս երկրում ես էի կամ Արթուր Դանիելյանը, Նարեկ Մալյանն ու Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը»։
Դիտարկմանը՝ եթե իրեն հրավիրեն ինքը կգնա Ոստիկանություն, ապա ինչո՞ւ են բերման ենթարկել իրեն, Հայրապետյան ասաց․
«Բա էս շոուն ո՞վ անի, բա ի՞նչ նկարեն ու տանեն Նիկոլին ցույց տան։ Բա պիտի նկարեն, տանեն Նիկոլին ցույց տան՝ տեսեք Հայրապետյանին կանդալներով բերեցինք։ Մի պատ կար, որ ստիպում էին՝ կանգնել դրա մոտ, որ նկարեն․ իհարկե ես չեմ կանգնել։ Մի հատ ռեմբո էին բերել, ասում էր՝ ոտդ ոտիդ մի գցի, մեզ վիրավորում ես․ ու տենց ուզում էր մեզ վախացներ իր վախեցած հալով։ Ես բառեր էլ չեմ գտնում էդ մարդուն ասեմ, թե գիշերը քնում՝ ինչ է մտածում։ Մենք մեղկ ենք, ազգովի մեղկ ենք, պետք է փրկվենք այդ չարիքից»։
Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ վտանգ կարող է ինքը ներկայացնել իշխանության համար, Հայրապետյանն ասաց․ «Այ էդ մարդուն դիմեք, Նիկոլիկին»։
Նա հայտնեց, որ իր նկատմամբ որեւէ խափանման միջոց չի կիրառվել, իրեն բերման են ենթարկել տուն գնալու ճանապարհին։
Անդրադառնալով ՀՖՖ-ի չարաշահումների քրեական գործով ՔԿ-ում երեկվա իր հարցաքննությանը, Հայրապետյանն ասաց, որ մանրամասներ չի հայտնելու․«Քննություն է գնում, կգնա քննությունը ու կտեսնեք՝ Ֆեդերացիան ինձ ինչքան գումար է պարտք մնացել»։
Նշենք, որ Հայրապետյանին այսօր բերման էին ենթարկել ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելու կասկածանքով, 3 ժամը լրանալուց հետո նա ազատ է արձակվել։
