ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Առաքել Մովսիսյանի (Շմայս) որդին՝ Դավիթ Մովսիսյանն իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց նրա պաշտպան Աշոտ Ապրեսյանը։

Նա ասաց, որ Առաջին ատյանի դատարան բողոքարկել էին Դավիթ Մովսիսյանին ձերբակալելու որոշման դեմ․ «Քանի որ Քննչական կոմիտեն արդեն նաեւ կալանավորման միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել, դատարանը 2 միջնորդությունները միասին կքննի»։

Պաշտպանն ասաց, որ միջնորդությունները քննվում են երեկվանից, հիմա դատարանը խորհրդակցական սենյակում է։

Նշենք, որ քիչ առաջ ՔԿ-ն հայտնեց, որ Դավիթ Մովսիսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, այն է՝ զինծառայողների փոխհարաբերությունների կանոնագրքային կանոնները խախտելը նրանց միջեւ ստորադասության (ենթակայության) հարաբերությունների բացակայության դեպքում, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է ծանր հետեւանքներ: Քննիչի կողմից միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա  նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը ընտրելու համար:

Հիշեցնենք, որ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ Արցախում հունվարի 30-ին մահացած զինծառայող Վահրամ Ավագյանի գործով 3 ձերբակալված կա, որոնցից մեկն էլ նախկին պատգամավոր Առաքել Մովսիսյանի (Շմայսի) որդին է։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ 2020թ. հունվարի 30-ին՝ ժամը 13:15-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ բանակային ուսումնական կենտրոնում, N զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Վահրամ Մկրտիչի Ավագյանն իրեն ամրակցված ԱԿՄ տեսակի ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել իր կրծքավանդակի շրջանում եւ ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել զինվորական հոսպիտալ, որտեղ ժամը 14:00-ին արձանագրվել է վերջինիս կենսաբանական մահը: Դեպքի առթիվ առաջին կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցվել քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Զինվորի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջապակներում ձերբակալվել էին Մկրտչյանի համածառայակիցներ Դավիթ Առաքելի Մովսիսյանը, Խաչիկ Արմենի Գասպարյանը, Սպարտակ Արթուրի Ավետիսյանը:
