Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանին ապօրինի զենք զինամթերք պահելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանություն բերելով՝ Նիկոլը վարկաբեկում է  ոչ թե Հայրապետյանին, այլ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղաքական մեկնաբան Մենուա Հարությունյանը:

 

«Ես հիմա եկել եմ այստեղ, որ իմ պետությունը պաշտպանեմ Նիկոլից, ես եկել եմ թույլ չտալու, որ Նիկոլը սեփական իշխանությունը պահելու և սեփական ամբիցիաները բավարարելու համար ուղղակի վարկաբեկի իմ պետությունը: Եթե մարդկանց թվում է, որ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանին ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելու կասկածանքով բերում են ոստիկանություն և դրանով վարկաբեկում են Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանին, ոչ, դրանով Նիկոլը վարկաբեկում է ՀՀ-ն»,- ասաց նա:

 

Իր այս խոսքերը Հարությունյանը հիմավորեց նրանով, որ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը գործարար է, և գործարարի հետ այս կերպ վարվելուց, դրսի գործարարը չի ցանկանա ներդրում կատարել ՀՀ-ում: Ըստ նրա՝ այդ է պատճառը, որ երկու տարում ներդրում չի եղել:

 

«Հիմա ես հարց եմ տալիս՝ բա ոստիկանությունն ինչո՞ւ չի կասկածում, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողքի գործարարներն էլ կարող է զենք ուենան, բա ինչո՞ւ մի անգամ էլ Նիկոլի կողքի օլիգարխներից չեն բերում, կարող է նրանք էլ ունենան: Սա շատ պարզ մեխանիզմ է՝ Նիկոլի քաղաքական հակառակորդներին վախեցնելու, վարկաբեկելու համար»,- ասաց նա:

 

Նրա խոսքով՝ այսօր ով ընդդիմանում է Փաշինյանին, ով չի կիսում նրա տեսակետները, պետական բոլոր լծակներով փորձում է հալածել: «Քաղաքացին պետք է հասկանա, որ եթե հարձակվում են Սահմանադրական դատարանի վրա, Հրայրին չեն վատություն անում, մեր պետությանն են անում»,- ասաց նա:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՖՖ նախկին նախագահ, ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը բերման է ենթարկվել ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելու կամ կրելու կասկածանքով:
