Ինչո՞ւ են ոմանք թիրախավորել բանակը
POLITICSՄեր բանակում խնդիրներ կա՞ն: Իհարկե կան, իհարկե եղել են, ինչպես և բոլոր բանակներում: Դրանց մասին պե՞տք է բարձրաձայնել: Անշուշտ, պետք է. ջայլամային քաղաքականությունը ոչնչով չի օգնի: Սակայն բանակն այն օղակն է, ուր «կարմիր գծերն» առավել հստակ պետք է լինեն, և ցանկացած անդրադարձի պարագայում անհրաժեշտ է բացառիկ զգուշություն:
Վերջին շրջանում, ցավոք, բանակի հետ կապված ոմանց ծայրահեղական դիրքորոշումները, մեղմ ասած, մտահոգիչ են:
Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ առանձին ուժեր (ի դեպ, հենց իշխանամերձ կամ իշխանապաշտ շրջանակներից) ջանք ու եռանց չեն խնայում թշնամանքի ու ատելության մթնոլորտը տարածել նաև բանակի վրա՝ մեկ-երկու ցավալի միջադեպերի կամ առկա որոշ խնդիրների կապակցությամբ վարկաբեկելով ողջ գեներալիտետն ու սպայական անձնակազմը:
Ավելին, հրապարակ են նետվում բանակում «կադրային ջարդի» անհրաժեշտության մասին թեզեր: Ասել, թե այս ամենը չափազանց վտանգավոր է, նշանակում է ոչինչ չասել:

Ցավոք, ոմանց կողմից հիմա փորձ է արվում խաթարել այդ մթնոլորտը:
Դժվար է ասել՝ դիտավորյալ, թե չգիտակցելով, սակայն նման գործողությունները, հայտարարությունները կանխել է պետք արագորեն: Խնդիրները միանշանակ պետք է կարգավորել, այստեղ երկու կարծիք չկա: Բայց բանակը վարկաբեկելու իրավունք ոչ ոք չունի, ոչ ոք...
