ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն հրապարակել է շաքարավազի շուկայի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները

Հրապարակվել են ՀՀ ՏՄՊՊՀ-ի կողմից 2019 թվականին «Շաքարավազ» ապրանքային շուկայում իրականացված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները: Ուսումնասիրության հիմնական ուղղություններն են եղել ոլորտում առկա պետական կարգավորումների և օրենսդրական դաշտի ուսումնասիրությունը և դրա  ազդեցությունը մրցակցային միջավայրի վրա, շուկայի կառուցվածքի, գնի և ինքնարժեքի կառուցվածքի,  իրացման շղթայի ուսումնասիրությունները և  այլն:

 

Ըստ ՀՀ ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից հանձնաժողով ներկայացված տվյալների՝ 2019 թվականի հունվար-հոկտեմբեր ժամանկահատվածում ՀՀ տարածք է ներմուծվել  8 000 000 կգ շաքարավազ  47 տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտի կողմից: Ներմուծված շաքարավազը հիմնականում եղել է ուկրաինական ծագման: Նույն ժամանակահատվածում շաքարավազի արտադրությունը ՀՀ-ում կազմել է  59 800 000 կգ։

 

 Փոփոխվել են տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների մասնաբաժինները. նվազել է առավել խոշոր ներմուծման և իրացման ծավալներ ունեցող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկների՝ «Ալեքս Հոլդինգ» և «Ալեքս ընդ Հոլդինգ» ՍՊԸ-ների տեսակարար կշիռը ներմուծման և իրացման կառուցվածքում (ներմուծման մասով 67%-ից նվազել է  49%-ի, իրացման մասով՝ 95%-ից 88%-ի), «Արմեն-Համիկ եղբայրներ» ՀՁ ՍՊԸ-ի մասնաբաժինը ներմուծման կառուցվածքում 2019 թվականին 2018 թվականի համեմատ 15%-ից դարձել է 30%, իսկ իրացման կառուցվածքում 3%-ից 8%:

 

Ուսումնասիրության արդյունքներով՝ 2017-2019 թվականներին նվազել են նաև շաքարավազի մանրածախ և մեծածախ իրացման գները` միջինում 387 դրամից հասնելով 292 դրամի:

 

Հանձնաժողովն արձանագրել է, որ 2018 թվականի հունվարից մինչև 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում շաքարավազի շուկան ըստ ներմուծման և իրացման ունեցել է բարձր կենտրոնացվածություն:
