«Մեքենաները մնացել է էդ մարդկանց վրա, գնորդ չկա». Ավտոներկրողները խնդրի առաջ են կանգնել
SOCIETYՀայաստանում ավտոներկրողները կանգնած են լուրջ խնդրի առջեւ. նրանք չեն կարողանում իրացնել ներկրված մեքենաները: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում առաջացած խնդիրների մասին բարձրաձայնել է ավտոներկրող, «Ղեկը աջ» նախաձեռնության անդամ Զոհրաբ Իգիթյանը:
«Ավելի շատ խնդիրները Ղազախստանում են, ոչ թե Հայաստանում, քանի որ իրենց Կառավարությունը ներմուծելիս սահմանել է մաքսային տարբերության վճարում: Մեզ համար էլ խնդիրն այն է, որ մարդիկ մեծաքանակ թվով մեքենաներ են բերել, հույս ունենալով, որ 20 թվականին ղազախները կտանեն ու չեն գալիս ղազախները, էդ մեքենաները մնացել է էդ մարդկանց վրա»,-ասաց նա:
Իգիթյանը խոսքով`այնպիսիի մի իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել, որ նույնիսկ մեքենաների գնի հարցը չի քննարկվում, քանի որ գնորդ չկա ուղղակի:
«Մեքնենաների մի մասը նախատեսված է եղել խազախների համար, այսինքն մենակ նրանք են դրանք գնել, հիմա էդ մեքենաները ինչքան էլ էժանացնեն, մեկ է՝ գնորդ չկա: Եւ բնական է, որ մեքենաների գների անկում լինելու է եւ ներկրողների այն մասը, որոնք մեծամասամբ այդ մեքենաներից են բերել մեծ խնդիրների առաջ են կագնել»,-ասաց նա`նշելով, որ ներկրված մեքենաները 7 տեղանոց մեքենաներ են հիմնականում:
Նա հավելեց, որ որեւէ պետական մարմնի չեն դիմել, նպատակ էլ չունեն, եւ մտադիր են ինքնուրույն լուծել այդ խնդիրները:
«Ավտոներկրման բիզեսը Հայաստանում փակվել է, էլ ներկրում չկա: Ներկրողները փորձելու են ինչ ունեն վաճառել եւ վերջ: Հիմա գնորդ չկա ընդհանրաապես, եթե առաջ 800-ից 1000 մեքենա հիմա յդ թիվը 0 է»,- ասաց նա:
«Ժողովուրդ» թերթն այս առնչությամբ գրել էր․ «ԵԱՏՄ նիստին ՀՀ կառավարությունը բարձրաձայնել է Հայաստանից դեպի Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության տարածք տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեղափոխման հետ կապված հարցերը: Ինչպես հայտնի է, ավելի քան երկու շաբաթ է, ինչ ավտոմեքենաների հնարավոր գնորդները՝ ղազախները, ավտոշուկա ոտք չեն դրել: Ղազախական կողմը լուրջ խնդիրներ է ստեղծել ավտոմեքենաներ վաճառող հայաստանցիների համար:
Պարզվում է, որ հայերն իրավունք չունեին Ղազախստանին մեքենաներ վաճառելու ԵՏՄ մուտք գործելուց հետո՝ անցումային ժամանակահատվածում, դրանք պետք է օգտագործվեին միայն Հայաստանում մշտապես բնակվող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կողմից:
ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանն էլ թերթի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ դատելով իրավիճակից՝ կարելի է ենթադրել, որ ղազախական կողմը բավականին մարտական է այս հարցում տրամադրվածե եւ հույս է հայտնել, որ հայկական կողմին կհաջողվի փոքր-ինչ մեղմել ղազախական կողմի կոշտ դիրքորոշումը»:
