POLITICSՓետրվարի 1-ին ոստիկանության պետի պաշտոնակատար Արման Սարգսյանը ոստիկանության կենտրոնական վարչակազմի ստորաբաժանումների, տարածքային վարչությունների եւ ծառայությունների ղեկավար կազմերին ներկայացրեց ոստիկանության պետի նորանշանակ տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Հայկ Մհրյանին։
Գնդապետ Հայկ Մհրյանը ավարտել է ներքին գործերի նախարարության բարձրագույն դպրոցը, երկար տարիներ ծառայել ոստիկանության համակարգում եւ այլ իրավապահ կառույցներում։
Արման Սարգսյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ Հայկ Մհրյանի ղեկավարությամբ էական բարեփոխումներ կիրականացվեն հասարակական անվտանգության ապահովման ոլորտում։ Հենց այս ուղղությունն է համակարգելու ոստիկանության պետի նորանշանակ տեղակալը։
Հայկ Մհրյանն իր խոսքում նշեց, որ արդեն իսկ վերլուծել է համակարգվող ոլորտներն ու պատկերացում է կազմել խնդիրների եւ բացթողումների վերաբերյալ։ Նա վստահեցրեց, որ կարվի հնարավոր ամեն ինչ՝ էլ ավելի ուժեղ ու պատրաստված ոստիկանություն ունենալու համար։
Շարունակելով խորհրդակցությունը՝ Արման Սարգսյանը խոսեց հունվարին տեղի ունեցած հանցագործությունների շարժընթացի եւ բացահայտման աշխատանքների մասին։ Որոշ ուղղություններով հայտնելով իր մտահոգությունները՝ ոստիկանության պետի պաշտոնակատարը հանձնարարեց ակտիվացնել ինչպես բացահայտման, այնպես էլ նախականխման ու կանխման միջոցառումները։ Հատուկ շեշտվեց բնակչության մոտ պահվող ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերքի հայտնաբերման ու առգրավման անհրաժեշտությունը։
Խոսվելով ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայության եւ տնտեսական վարչության աշխատանքի մասին՝ Արման Սարգսյանը որոշ հարցերի շուրջ հայտնեց խիստ մտահոգություն եւ դրանց շուտափույթ լուծման համար տվեց հանձնարարականներ։
Խորհրդակցությանը քննարկվեցին ոստիկանության օպերատիվ եւ ծառայողական գործունեությանը վերաբերող այլ հարցեր եւս։
