Միշուստինը նշանակալի է անվանել ԵՏՄ քաղաքացիների համար թանգարանների տոմսերի միանման գների մասին որոշումը
CULTUREՌԴ վարչապետ Միխայիլ Միշուստինը արդարացի է համարում, որ ԵՏՄ երկրների քաղաքացիներն այլեւս օտարերկրացիներ չեն համարվում թանգարանների եւ մշակութային այլ հաստատությունների համար տոմսեր գնելիս, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Ելույթ ունենալով ընդլայնված կազմով Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստում՝ ՌԴ վարչապետն ուշադրություն է դարձրել վերջերս ուժի մեջ մտած մի շարք փաստաթղթերին: «Նշանակալի որոշում. միության քաղաքացիների համար թանգարանների եւ մշակութային այլ հաստատությունների համար տոմսերի գների տարբերությունը վերացվել է»,- ասել է նա:
Բացի այդ, նա նշել է, որ ուժի մեջ է մտել կենսաթոշակային ապահովման մասին համաձայնագիրը, որը միության բոլոր երկրների քաղաքացիներին ապահովում է կենսաթոշակ ստանալու իրավունքը՝ անկախ ԵՏՄ տարածքում աշխատանքի վայրից:
Ինչպես հունվարին հայտնել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը, ԵՏՄ կանոնները պահանջում են թանգարանների եւ մշակութային այլ հաստատությունների համար տոմսերի միանման գներ, սակայն մոնիթորինգը ցույց է տվել, որ ԵՏՄ պետությունների մեծամասնությունում այդ նորման չի աշխատում: Համատեղ աշխատանքների արդյունքում գնային տարբերությունները վերացել են՝ հավելել են ԵՏՀ-ում:
