Սերժ Սարգսյանին և մյուսներին առնչվող գործը մակագրվել է Վահե Միսակյանին
POLITICSՀայաստանի երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի, գյուղատնտեսության նախկին նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանի, «Ֆլեշ» ընկերության սեփականատեր Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանի, գյուղատնտեսության նախկին փոխնախարար Սամվել Գալստյանի, նախարարության բուսաբուծության վարչության նախկին պետ Գևորգ Հարությունյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործը մակագրվել է Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատավոր Վահե Միսակյանին։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին Դատական դեպարտամենտից։
Վահե Միսակյանը Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատավոր է նշանակվել 2019-ի վերջին, իսկ 2017-ից եղել է Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իավասության դատարանի դատավոր։
Ավելի վաղ Դատախազությունը հայտնել էր, որ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատվել է, գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան։
Դատախազության փոխանցմամբ, հունվարի 10-ին քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել էր: Օրեր անց Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
Քրեական գործով մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում է 5 անձ: Նրանցից 4-ին՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանին, Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանին, գյուղատնտեսության նախկին փոխնախարար Սամվել Գալստյանին եւ նույն նախարարության Բուսաբուծության վարչության պետ Գևորգ Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացումը կամ վատնումը կազմակերպել, դրդելը, օժանդակելը), իսկ գյուղատնտեսության նախկին նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանին՝ 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացումը կամ վատնումը):
Ըստ ՀՔԾ հաղորդագրության՝ իրենց վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցության հիման վրա պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի կազմակերպմամբ և «Ֆլեշ» ՍՊ ընկերության սեփականատեր Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանի դրդմամբ, ՀՀ նախկին գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Սամվել Գալստյանի ու նույն նախարարության բուսաբուծության վարչության պետ Գևորգ Հարությունյանի օժանդակությամբ, ՀՀ նախկին գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանի կողմից 2013 թվականի հունվարի 25-ից փետրվարի 7-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից վատնվել է պետական աջակցության ծրագրերի իրականացման ընթացքում իրացված 15.391.765 լիտր դիզելային վառելիքի համար հատկացված սուբսիդիայի առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարը՝ 489.160.310 ՀՀ դրամը:
