շատ ուրախ եմ Ձեզ հետ ծանոթության համար, և ևս մեկ անգամ ցանկանում եմ շնորհավորել Ձեզ՝ Մոլդովայի վարչապետի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ: Իհարկե, մեր երկրների միջև առկա են շատ լավ քաղաքական հարաբերություններ, մեր երկրները մշակութային, հումանիտար կապերի հարուստ պատմություն ունեն: Սակայն մենք չենք կարող պարծենալ մեր առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների մակարդակով, և դրա համար կան և՛ օբյեկտիվ, և՛ սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներ: Բայց կարծում եմ, որ մենք պետք է,- և հատկապես 21-րդ դարում դա հաստատ լուծվող հարց է - բարձրացնենք մեր տնտեսական հարաբերությունների, ապրանքաշրջանառության մակարդակը, և իհարկե, ես պատրաստ եմ աշխատել այդ ուղղությամբ: Ինչո՞ւ եմ ես հատկապես ընդգծում առևտրատնտեսական կապերի հարցը, քանի որ վստահ եմ՝ մյուս ուղղություններով մենք որևէ խնդիր չունենք և չենք ունենա»:

Մոլդովայի վարչապետն իր խոսքում նշել է.

«Շնորհակալ եմ, պարոն վարչապետ, Ձեր շնորհավորանքների և բարեմաղթանքների համար: Իսկապես մենք երջանիկ ենք, քանի որ մեր երկրների, մեր ժողովուրդների միջև կան շատ լավ հարաբերություններ՝ մշակութային, հումանիտար և այլ ոլորտներում: Դուք, իհարկե, իրավացի եք՝ մենք նաև մեծ ներուժ ունենք տնտեսական կապերը զարգացնելու համար, քանի որ և՛ դուք, և՛ մենք որոշակի առավելություններ ունենք մի շարք ոլորտներում, որտեղ կարող ենք զարգացնել համագործակցությունը: Ես այդ մասին խոսեցի նաև իմ ելույթում: Մոլդովան Եվրոպական միության հետ ազատ առևտրի ռեժիմ ունի, և հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչների նախաձեռնողականությունը՝ կարծում եմ, որ կկարողանանք շատ լավ օգտագործել այդ հնարավորությունը: Որոշ ուղղություններով էլ գտնվում ենք նույն շուկայում, բայց, իհարկե, մրցակից չենք հանդիսանում, մենք միայն կարող ենք գովելի խոսքեր ասել հայկական կոնյակի և մնացած արտադրանքի մասին: Շատ լավ հարաբերություններ ունենք նաև տարբեր բարեփոխումների ուղղությամբ՝ օրինակ, պետական ֆինանսների բնագավառում. Համաշխարհային բանկում աշխատելու տարիներին շատ եմ առնչվել Ձեր երկրի ֆինանսների նախարարության հետ, որտեղ առաջադեմ բարեփոխումներ էին իրականացվում: Այսինքն՝ մենք կարող ենք տարբեր ուղղություններով խթանել մեր փոխգործակցությունը և նոր ազդակ հաղորդել:

 

Եվ, իհարկե, մենք սպասում ենք Ձեզ Մոլդովայի Հանրապետությունում: Իմ այցից առաջ ես զրուցել եմ Իգոր Նիկոլաևիչ Դոդոնի հետ, նա ջերմ ողջույններ է ուղարկում Ձեզ և փոխանցում, որ մենք սպասում ենք Ձեզ Մոլդովայում այցով:

Կարծում եմ նաև, որ անպայման պետք է վերսկսել միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքը, որը լավ հարթակ է հարցերը և համագործակցության զարգացման հնարավորությունները քննարկելու համար»:
